Steven is an amazing yoga teacher and I've learned so much from him over the years. Hes really smart and versatile as a teacher. Great for all levels of students

Steven's classes are unique and customized to the students that are practicing which shows that he pays very close attention to his students' progress. His classes also cater to a very wide range of students. He pays careful attention during transitions to avoid injury. I highly recommend his class to anyone whether you're brand new to yoga or someone who's advanced.

This is one off the best labs in Jersey City steve is an execllent teacher He knows what you need to learn and pushes you to the limit of your body. I recomend his class.

Steven is an amazing teacher! I took his Int/Adv Lab for the first time today and it was a perfect class for someone who is looking to expand their practice and work on some challenging advanced poses. Will absolutely be going back!
