It has been over two months and I feel a lot more stronger. My posture has gotten better. I have been told that people can notice difference. I have lost body fat, gained muscle and the scale has started moving. He is a great trainer. He knows, how to push you but at the same time, he knows the limits. A great trainer and he knows, what he is doing!!! You will not regret it. Initially, I was going there twice a week, then three times, then four and now, I am trying five. He tells me, unlike other trainers that I don't need five times a week personal training but I just love my workouts!!!
