I travel around the state and workout at a lot of different Retros - I have no idea what is going on here but this place is a disaster. Not sure where to start- Mold in every shower - Toilets that look like they haven't been cleaned in ages - filthy machines with dust all over them. I honestly don't require a lot from my gyms but this place is not acceptable. I couldn't even shower I had to leave and ask the hotel across the street to possibly use one of their rooms to shower. I even tried to fill my water bottle at the water fountain and the water come out murky. Terrible place, the owner should sell if he's not going to take care of the place, Very sad as I love Retro on the whole. If I could give 1/2 a star I would.

This place is a disaster. Filthy locker room,rug actually smells. Almost every treadmill has an issue. Belt moves, TV doesn't work, machine shakes. All cardio equipment is dirty with sweat and hair caked on them. No paper towels in the bathroom. I would rather pay a little more than deal with this.

Place is clean and there are enough machines...but earlier comment is correct that gym staff doesn't care...way more into their phones or friends than patrons..worst of all is they allow folks to routinely drop weights, which crash like boulders onto the ground. Very disturbing to the whole gym. I once asked a staff member to address it and she shrugged me off.

I cancelled my membership at L.A. Fitness to join here. For my girlfriend and I, membership fee at the other place was $70 a month. Here, we pay $30. This place ALWAYS smells clean and is aired out. It is never over crowded and equipment is in decent condition. So far the staff is great. I have no complaints other then maybe playing the music a little louder. I wish I tried this place before joining L.A. because I paid the annual fee there already and cancelled a month later. Either way, I recommend this Retro location. P.S. (BYOT) bring your own towel.

Bathroom/locker room is pretty gross. Gym floor is okay. Bench/machine cushions are in need of proper repair.

I've been to Retros all over the east coast and this is by far the WORST location I've ever been to.
Extremely dirty: Everything is sticky. The floors are covered in a thick layer of filth. There is not one clean corner in the entire gym. I've never once seen the locker room carpets vacuumed. I saw the same clothes price tag on the floor for 2 weeks straight that didn't move.
Staff: Always on their phone and not knowledgeable. Tried to order my peanut butter chocolate smoothie that I get at every gym I visit with powered peanut butter and sugar free chocolate and the staff worker had no idea those products existed when they were clearly stated on the menu. He was also the only staff worker in the entire gym. He was going in and out of the locker room to "clean" and tend the front desk.
Equipment: Super outdated. Half of the cardio machines don't work. They don't have any of the basic cardio machines such as rower or stair stepper. Everything is falling apart. Etiquette is horrible and not a single person cleans up after themselves... a standard set by the staff.

My fav place to de-stress and get my pump on. Ive been a member for less than a year but it has been an incredible source of strength and the foundation of my weight loss and strength training journey. My fiancee and I come here as often as possible but his schedule changes so much that lately its been only once or twice per week from 9-11am. The gym is clean and pretty well maintained. Can't speak to the amenities cause we come here to lift, run on treadmill or eliptical then wash up and leave. Had a smoothie once and it was good. But overall id give it a 5 stars.

No working tv s. Cardio was falling apart. Gigantic holes in the drop ceiling. I go to retros all over the country. This was embarrassing.

This morning, the antibacterial wipe container was empty...not good in the middle of flu season! Make improvements and I will be more than happy to give this gym more stars!

I was using this gym while visiting family in town. Being a frequent gym-goer of different gyms this place is an extremely clean gym. They have a employee who cleans non-stop with disinfectants on all machines and bathrooms. The gym is a bit older and as such some padding on equipment is showing wear. There is one section of the gym that equipment seems cramped. The staff was super friendly at the counter. I have been to multiple Retro gyms and I say that it would be nice to consider new layout for its space. All in all got my workouts in without a crowd.

Once again can't open on time there is always an excuse.... as to why Someone is late!! Just terrible happened at lease twice a week your standing waiting and for Someone like me I have no choice since I have to take shower here after work out to go to work.

I go here normally with my gf. We finished up our workouts, and we wanted to get smoothies. The man tending the bar was on his phone barely looking up. I waited 5 minutes to see if he would acknowledge us. He only did after we decided to leave. Poor customer service.

Good thing no one bothers you ,also no one from staff management talk to you. Like when you sign in they don't even look at you, same thing when people leaving, they don't even say goobye

I just came here to sign up and waited ten minutes for someone to come to the front counter and no one came so we just left, definitely do not recommend.

If the girl tonight was a bit more convincing, maybe she would have gained two customers. I tried getting a free trial and it's $10 for a day pass. I told her is there anyway I can get a free day pass at least. Just to try out, they're other gyms that offer free week trials. She lies and tells me no with a spicy attitude. I went right ahead and tried out for LA Fitness no problem! The guy actually just let us in for the day no information needed but an ID, then gave us a week trial. Such a cool guy! If I like it I'm signing up. You guys need more convincing employees. She is terrible. The guy with the Ducati motorbike who wasn't working there was much nicer. Maybe I would think twice about paying the $10 since I'm already at the place and if she's smart enough to stop and go ahead talk to us about the gym on why we should pay $10 to go here, not no no you're wrong. I came in roughly late night if you want to check the cameras. Probably after 9 and before 9:30

Staff aren't helpful and have no idea what they're doing.
