Good gym with cardio, strength and functional equipment. The fitness center also provides personal trainers, locker rooms, showers and free WiFi.

I have been going to blink for a year. It's a good gym, lots of machines for cardio and weight lifting and a large area for stretching and yoga.

The staff is really pleasant and professional.

I had an issue in that place , I left my belongs there inside one of the lockers for two months and I didn't know that I have to take my belongs out everytime I go there. I went there yesterday and I didn't find my belongs. I asked one employee about my belongs and he told me we have a sign inside that telling we break the locks every night and take any thing inside the lockers out and we keep the belongs safe for one week then we through it out. Knowing that I didn't see or notice any sign because the place is very big and they have to put many signs and send emails to each member to let us know about that policy. They have to put a small sign in each locker. Why they send many emails for the new fees and new charges but they don't care about people belongs like that. I lost a t-shirt, sports pants and a sneaker and the manager don't care about that. Even they don't have a good customer service because the manager doesn't care about my situation and she didn't call me to apologise for what happened.

The staffers are all consistently helpful and personable, esp the frontliners. They never fail to say,"Enjoy your workout." Also, people in charge , clean and maintain round -the-clock from wiping down machines to replenishing the wipes and toilet paper. Thank you.

Pros: the Trainer, Tim. Location to the path and buses. Machines for all purposes. The fee. The front desk.
Cons: The lack of cleanliness, overcrowded at peak hours, not a lot of guidance with machines, except the Trainer Tim, no classes
I would recommend if you want basic equipment for a good price

Has one of everything you would need. Just one though. Could get crowded but the average gym patron is nice and humble. This place could use some air ventilation though.

Its a good gym but over crowdee specially during peak hours. Its relatively cheap but you gotta do everything on your own. There are trainers but they charge significantly high fees. No sauna room and there are no activities which happen like other gyms have a zumba session, yoga session etc. But overall its a good gym if you dont wanna spend alot coz 15$ per month is pretty cheap. They even have 21$ offer where you can access the gym in all over US except for NY and with 25$ you get to access blink anywhere in US.

Whoever did an air conditioner planning had a classic fail. Gym has 2 floors, first floor is tolerable, but second floor is a sauna.. with a mixed moisture of unwashed clients and sweat.

Great gym! Staff is always super nice and helpful. All the equipment I need! They just did a remodel implementing the members' suggestions by adding more weight benches and strength machines, and making the floor layouts more efficient. If you know what you're doing you can easily get in and out in 45 minutes with a GREAT targeted workout.

Went to sign up today, while the staff was helpful at first, I was told I could not join due to an existing balance left from 2016... I had cancelled in person (in 2016) since I moved from the area and not once received an email nor a call regarding my account status. When I asked if a manager could intervene I was told he really could not do anything since corporate was located in Manhattan (...... so?)

The staff member was a nice guy but I think this location needs to focus on its qualify of life so its members can do the same, while also future identical situations can be handled on the spot. Other than that the gym [in my past experiences from 2016] was great. More current reviews from other members may give a better idea.

To be honest, the staff here are good and friendly and I do not have any problem with them. I wrote to the main office for cancelation of my membership, now they are not letting me go. It is so much complication for a cancellation of membership. They ask me for the documents that even embassies do not require to issue a visa. I will never chose again fitness blink - the worse, worse customer service ever. NO one should join blink, if you see it from my perspective. They just rip you off once you cancel your membership. It is so sad to see that they want you to be one time member of theirs. Anyway, chose your gym wisely. blink is not worth it to join.

This gym supposedly opens at 5 am on weekdays. They haven't opened on time for 5 times this year already. Whoever is on shift refuses to be on time. They end up opening 45 minutes after. Some of us who have a short window of time in an otherwise busy day have no option but to skip a workout instead of standing in the cold. We don't pay to be a monthly member to be screwed over like that

And then they don't call back for 4 days. Once a return call is received the answer to all questions is "we are sorry, there is nothing we can do. You have to go back to the gym and speak to them there." BS. I have NEVER experienced such poor treatment at a gym. Also, this gym is not up to bar and the ceiling leaks with heavy rains. No classes. Cheap price means cheap service. Go back to NY Sports Club or 24 Hour Fitness while you can! Run there!

Blink is nice and clean gym many nice and kind people but just want to share something and attention to branch manager or management!
Friday morning around (March 16)8:30 am I was in Gym doing my workout upstairs and I needed a bicep rope there was one old one there the one was no more able to use , I went downstairs to get a new one so I got the new one and kept next to me it was my last set on straight bar the guy a trainer ( Tim wormack or Timothy) came to get I said Excuse me brother i am using that I said very nicely! I replied very rudely and loudly you cannot use two machines I said I am finished I got that from downstairs to use he threw old one on me and said use this one , I didn't say any I thought he was training a girl so its ok I'll use it when they finish, while I was waiting he saw me I am waiting he gave to another guy , i still didn't say anything I waited for an other 10 min to use , I used and came downstairs and again told him very nicely brother that was not nice I was using that and you took it and gave to someone else, he jumped on me and replied me loud as hell to fight on me (manager can check in camera in front of counter I said time and day ) that you cannot use two machines by state law very rudely and loud I cannot Believe someone can talk like this to Gym members , I never seen this much rude , misbehavior, unprofessional , illiterate behavior with Gym members or with customer, I am members of this Gym from years and I am really nice and kind person, I really like people on the counter but this is unacceptable I don't want this happen to any other members someone disrespect like this to anybody, nothing is personal just want a good service and respect for everyone! Hopefully management will not like to lose business.

It's fine. It's a place that's cheap and has heavy things.

What's frustrating is that there are only two power racks in the whole place and I don't believe there are more than three barbells in total.

There are also no bench stations, which further limits the availability of the racks. As someone who trains almost exclusively with barbells, this is kind of unfortunate.

Other locations are significantly better-equipped, and while I suppose they've done what they can with limited space, the end result is still frustrating and a little disappointing.

Staff are fine, but customers hog machines for way too long...ignoring basic gym etiquette. WAY TOO OVERCROWDED in evenings. Very frustrating. Going to cancel membership. 24 Hour across is MUCH MUCH BETTER. NOT crowded. Excellent trainers and staff. Great shake bar, supplements for sale. None of that at Blink.

It's good zym for basic purposes.
They have trainer also .
No parking as it's very busy place . Don't expect much more but overall it's good and decent .

I canceled my membership in July and paid all fees that i was required to. My membership was still active until 9/1/17 but i was charged in Aug and Sep. When i spoke with a worker they said a manager would call be within 48 hrs. Four days later no one called me. I called again and another worker stated i need to come in to provide proof. I go this morning to provide proof and the worker asked who completed the cancellation. Like you have a system shouldn't you know. When i look at the photo of the receipt i signed it was a worker that no longer works there. And the other worker commented that the worker must not have cared as she quit in July. And than they inputted my info into a massive book for the manager to follow up with. And the manager should refund my money. There is no should when it comes to an error your staff committed.

The worst gym service I have ever seen. Even I joined the membership I did one day cancellation service n than also they charged me next month even after paying them all the charges on day first . When I called them they told me to go there with proof of cancellation n charges. When I went there n told the problem n showed the proof they rudely answered me that we have in record and I dont need any . So I don't know why they told me to go there n waste my time . And after that also I went 2 times to meet manager but he never showed up and still I haven't got refund. I guess now I will directly take some serious step . Don't recommend

These guys are theives. I had a member ship for a year . I hardly came 2 months and could not cancel because they need me to pay for the whole year. I came 2 months before the year ending and said I want to cancel. The ignorant staff present said that my cancellation is taken note of and will not be charged. I believed it and they charged me 3 months for additional year. I was furious and when I went again in person the staff takes my complaint and tells a manager will call me. I call the manager myself in the morning and he says he cannot do anything about it. The contract auto renews. This is a wicked policy ofauto renewing without my consent. To make things worse I have to pay 45 dollars more to cancel . I pray God close this fitness center because their polices are wicked and to steal money. The devil is in the details of fine prints that are designed to steal your money. This is worse experience. I would rather people choose other Gyms which do not scheme with their fine prints. Blink is a theif.

I think my biggest complaint is that there are no bench stations. So if people want to bench press they have to use a power rack, meaning the power racks can't be used for squats. Please get rid of some of the tread mills and add a couple bench press stations or another power rack so people can squat or deadlift. All these people on treadmills should be lifting anyway.
