Coach Jason knows how to tailor drills and workout plans to suit all levels of fitness. The classes are fun, engaging and the coach really encourages you to push yourself. I enjoy learning from an experienced personal trainer and boxing coach and get good vibes from everyone in the group classes. We do drills together and motivate each other to fight for our health and never give up. The coach always tells us that fitness is not about going on these fad diets, its about a lifestyle change. In the summertime, we have classes in the park and some of the group members go on to compete in amatuer boxing matches which is exciting to watch.
