Buyer be Aware!!!
The management is to after your money and only your money. I purchased a $700 50 class pass on June 30, 2017. Then, i found out there was a promotion of $299 for 25 classes. The promotion was a better deal. So, I bought the $299 promotion on July 3 which is only 3 days after I purchased $700 package. I haven't started to use $700 package, and there was no disclaimer stating that I can't request refund.

I requested a refund. Leo, responded and declined to refund. I emailed him that I request a refund since there was no disclaimer that I can't refund. In addition, I purchased $299 package. For Fireshaper, the $700 package makes more money for them. They want to push that deal.

However, as a business, it has to be honest. I requested response from Leo, three or four days ago, but no response.

Fortunately, I have a great credit card. I will get my money back through my credit card company.

I've been going to this particular studio for about 4 years +. After reading prior reviews i was wondering if we were talking about the same studio. Whenever I partake at "other" studios, and they hear I practice alot at Fireshaper, they say "whoa you must like the HOT" because its known for the heat. Most studios are definitely not as hot as Fireshaper. In addition, they have some of the best teachers around. As far as the music, it changes per instructor. The instructors are so nice - I feel they are open to suggestion or request. They provide plastic bags for your damp items after class; 2 bathrooms - one with a shower, and many changing rooms. Most people are soaked after a class (again compared to other places where they don't have a need to change their clothes at all). The overall environment is geared toward the practicing Hot Yoga student. Namaste!

If your looking for "HOT" yoga you came to the wrong place! All their morning classes are warm and sometimes cold. They have 1 evening class that gets hot but it's hit or miss. It's EXTREMELY frustrating to go there and have fingers crossed each time that you are getting what you paid for which is "HOT YOGA". Hot yoga is 90 degrees to 117 degrees. This barely happens there as it's usually 70's - 80's at most. They are false advertising and cheap for not pumping up the heat.

I just joined Fire Shaper with a great deal from Groupon (1 month unlimited for only $55) and I have to say I'm super pleased with it so far. I've done yoga in the past but was new to hot yoga and find that this is the perfect place to get into it. The place is very clean and the staff are extremely sweet and accommodating. When you walk in they always greet you with a friendly face and ask if you need anything for the class. I have to say, the manager Leo is particularly gracious and kind because without me asking he went out of his way to put quarters in the meter for me when I was running in late and didn't have quarters... if that's not amazing customer satisfaction/kindness I don't know what is.
So far I've taken classes with Irene and Jill and both are very knowledgeable and helpful instructors and I was surprised how much I enjoy each one despite the fact that I'm new and am not the best at yoga. The room can fit a lot of people and there's always enough for everyone so you're not on top of each other. The heat is definitely a lot to handle at first but once you start sweating it is rejuvenating. Each class I've been to left me feeling so refreshed and energized that I don't know what I'm doing to do when my one month ends up, but seeing the benefits already, it might just be a worth it expense. I am excited to try out the rest of the classes but so far I have to say this place is definitely a winner. If you're for an amazing stress-reliever, energy booster, body/mind balancer, and body detoxer definitely try it out.
