My daughter has been taking classes with Ms Nina and they have been incredible. Ms Nina is sweet passionate and cares a great deal about her students. My daughter comes home excited practicing all the techniques that she has learned and looks forward to every class. Omg

BecomeOne Wholeness is my favorite place to be. The energy is amazing and every teacher is kind and patient with newcomers. I walk out of the studio feeling grounded and at peace.

What a wonderful way to start the day with an early morning class with Brandie. Brandie provided clear instruction and demonstration for a series of very useful, beneficial poses/movements. Looking forward to my next class.

Fantastic Pilates Mat class with Claire. It was a challenging classes, and I felt more energized when I left. Though I have taken Pilates classes before, I learned a great deal and really enjoyed the stretching and lengthening with the strengthening movements. Claire clearly explained and demonstrated the exercises and specified the purpose/goal for each movement. Looking forward to my next class with Claire.

Deb is as amazing teaching Pilates Mat as Pilates on the Reformer. It was a challenging class that didn't include any equipment other than the ring so the demonstrations and explanations to ensure proper form/movement were critical. Deb kept an eye on us in this class of all levels. Looking forward to my next class.

Great Yin Yoga class with Julian who explained and demonstrated the various poses and provide adjustments as necessary. Holding poses for longer periods could be intense at times but ultimately relaxing and healing. Looking forward to my next class.

Class is always amazing with Jody - an inspirational learning experience. Functional yoga addressed specific areas we requested for special attention.

I learned a great deal at Open Yoga with Kristen today. Kristen provided personal attention with clear explanation and demonstrations of poses that were new to me. It was very reassuring to know that balance in any of the various poses requiring more balance was not supposed to be an immediate achievement, and that it could be a gradual goal. As with all classes to date, it was a very welcoming experience, and I look forward to my next class.

Amazing initial experience with Jody's instruction and extremely useful explanation to help expand understanding, to more than just the position, but also to the ultimate goal/intention of the movement/position. Movement/positions were efficient and wonderfully challenging. It was a great learning experience, and I even felt more energized after the class when I normally feel exhausted and drained after other classes. Jody has a wonderful teaching style using the tactic of distraction to help us push beyond our normal limits. As a beginner, I did not feel uncomfortable at all in the Open Class. Looking forward to my next class.

BecomeOne Wholeness is a gem in the Lyndhurst area. The space is great and the staff are very friendly. I have taken yoga classes with several instructors and they were all wonderful. I definitely recommend this studio for anyone seeking yoga in this area.
