I've been coming to Studio 108 for over a year and a half. The owner, Teresa is as warm-hearted as they come. The studio is beautiful, zen, clean with many classes offered for yoga, meditative, spiritual healing and fitness needs with the most competitive rates around. Teresa has made an environment that truly makes you feel like you're home with family.
Sunday morning Stretch and release really take the stress out of my body and mind. This past Sunday was restorative yoga with singing bowls ...super relaxing. Sarah O and Sara A were our instructors.
I've been practicing for decades and have studied with many practitioners in the US and abroad. I'm so very grateful to find a high quality studio in my hometown. The space is lovely and the teachers are skilled, diverse and such a blessing. Each and every visit I get better and better, thank you!!
I appreciate the variety of classes they have here. I can have a relaxing stretch in Yoga & Lymph Flow or get energized in their Booty Barre class. I also look forward to de-stressing in their Restorative Yoga class.
This place is gem. All their classes have something different to offer and the instructors are so warm, welcoming, and instructive. Studio 108 offers such a relaxing atmosphere for yoga. The walls are a serene soft aqua with windows to provide natural light, and ceiling fans to provide circulating air.
