I went to Jinga Yoga, first to find out more about the space, classes, wanted to finally get going w/ my yoga. And I wanted a place near home NJ, I commute to NY for work, and just got tired of taking classes in the city and commuting so late.
I started with a seminar hormones/menopause, wanted to really get a feel for the place. I then took a Detox series in January , which to be truthful, helped me so much.
In the interim, I've taken a few classes, all have killed my body, it being so out of shape, but wow what it has done for my mind and spirit.
The instructors are helpful, non judgmental, and help you along.
You are encouraged at all facets. This type of positive atmosphere helps those of us who are still reluctant to take care of ourselves, and moves us along.
