Friendly staff. Super clean. Awesome place to get a good work out. I have the black card and the extra benefits are worth the money.

The gym itself is fine. The staff is very rude. They are too busy talking to each other to acknowledge you.

I don't know if they have a staff lounge here but if they do they need to use it. There is always staff in here hanging out. And then there's the one lady who won't stop talking to everyone. I just wanna shower, dress, and leave. The gym itself is alright. I've been to the one in Airmont NY and their equipment is super quiet

Good planet fitness, inside clean, restroom clean, shower clean, staff friendly, equipment new.
usually locker room have scale,this fitness not have scale, and when I go to shower, running out hot water, it's impassible!!!! In the shower only cold water.....

I went around 3am and it was amazing. I'm more on the shy side when it comes to working out I'd rather not have a lot of people around so this was a good time for me. I was able to use the machines I like most without having to wait and the staff there were amazing.

Great 24 hour gym. Can get crowded during regular peak hours as one could expect. Great for an intense overnight workout.

Everything is Right But their stuffs are Rude and Disrespectful. Once you have any kind of problem the stuff will start harassing you although it is completely their FAULT. Regular stuff gang up on you and humiliate you. Manager is hard to reach and they don't take any action for your Humiliation and Harassment. I am one of victim although I am member since club First open up.

Horrible experience. They messed up my account and refused to fix it. The manager was unprofessional and rude. They gave me the number to billing which I have called and left messages. It has been months still no return call my account is still messed up and no one will help.

Been coming here for 2 years, on and off. The experience is ok at best. Weight machines will sit broken for weeks, paper towel dispensers will be empty for days on occasion, sound system experiences issues often, parking is a nightmare. Friendly staff, though.

Plus;Nice place to work out. People are friendly and great location close to route 21. Price is unbeatable. Negavite sides; cleaniess is a question mark. All machines has used paper towels, on floor s, empty durex sanitizers or empty paper towel roller due to short staff.

The staff is very friendly and helpful along with the trainer. The equipment is well maintained. If you're dedicated to truly getting and staying in shape you will love this gym as well. They also keep the gym very clean (outside of the customers that come in an don't clean up after them self of course).

Love it, you can workout here anytime of the day. Lots of equipment, the place is super clean,the staff is very friendly and always helpfull..

Lots of machines for a crowded spot. Very clean workout areas, machines, and ladies facility. Friendly staff always visible and available to assist. Personal trainer Lou is AWESOME! Well worth your membership fee. He's very friendly, out going, motivating and makes your workouts fun. He always seems like he enjoys his job,and very people friendly. A great location with plenty of parking. Kudos to staff, management, and owners!

Let me just start by saying that this place comes short on EVERYTHING! From equipment to manners from staff members. All your left with is a bad taste from coming to this gym. Their seems to be a lot of absurd rules in place for their gym members but none for staff, it feels like your back in school all over again but your just supporting this "business" with your dollars. For example, you can't bring large water bottles, you must clean after gym equipment, you can't keep gear or belongings on the floor even if it's extremely important, this is just inside problems, outside problems is limited parking - please note it doesn't matter if your paying your dues on time. Yet again, I often see staff members fooling around and on their cell phones during work hours, their customer skills really need WORK. As for the "management team" if we can call it that, a girl by the name of Mikaela needs to be replaced with someone who is approachable and friendlier with more skill than just her title. As a consumer you go on about your own business because it's not an issue for you, till it really is. After reading deeper into the policies - they do not accept responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal property or their guests whether locked in a locker or otherwise. Yet they offer to keep belongings in their reception but what if they get lost under their care then what??? What's worse if this happens you must report to your own personal insurance, please keep in mind their mandating locker rooms to be used to keep belongings "safe." What is this gym really offering consumers?! You really get what you paid for, please think twice and put your dollars elsewhere. There's better gyms nearby.

The gym is open 24x7 and they keep it very clean. Ample safe parking is free. My only criticism is the music is way too loud, especially on the weekends.

Gym gets crowded during busy hours. Sometimes it's so crowded it's hard to walk around or do anything. Go during slow hours, it's open 24/7. They should expand the gym. Parking sucks but there's always enough spaces further down. Lock your car, I lock my steering wheel with a crook lock because it's a bad area. The gym is really hood, a lot of muscle heads, but there's a little bit of everyone. Machines are well maintained. You're expected to clean every machine after every use with cleaner and a paper towel. There's no pool.There's not much, but it's well worth it for the price. Also, they have pizza and bagels once a month ask about it.
