Love the training w/ instructor

Tanning beds are dated but still functional.
thankfully the gym was renovated recently.
Air fresheners do need replacement theres a few guys in the gym that smell like cow manure and the smell is offensive at times.
enjoy this layout with the full glass and mirrors all around the weight area.

Very clean, nice staff. Lots of equipment to use. People who are exercising mind their own and clean the equipment after use.

Been used to Planet Fitness on the west coast. They don't have a key rack or a scale to weigh yourself. Locker room seems way to big, space could have been used in a different, more efficient way. And the dumbell rack is always disorganized. Like, don't people have enough respect to put things back where they go??

Cheap and clean enough. You don't go to planet fitness for the bathrooms. At least there aren't people living at this one like the ones in the city.

Great gym, but I need them to put a time limit on some of the equipment. People put towels on them or stand next to them to use the dumbbells and go back and forth for a whole hour. When all I need the machine for is to do three sets of 20 squats and move on to the next one.
Put time limits on the machines please. Some members have a short time to spend in the gym.

Has only bare minimum to be called a gym but if that what you like this place it for you, I myself need heavier weights and more options. You def get what you pay for

Nice gym. Membership plans are cheap but also manipulative. I moved away from this gym's area so i had to go in personally to cancel the membership. When i did, they told me i owed $58 because i was in a year long contract that i didn't know about. I've only got 2-3 months left on the contract so that's cheaper to wait it out, which they're cool with since they'd like me to forget so they can keep billing me. It's not a big deal, but i hate being manipulated.

This location is doing better with customer service... Paper towels/restroom is much cleaner within the 1 year I've been training! The girl staff at midnight/early morning is very hard working! (I don't know her name yet, but she's very professional.

The machines are a bit out of date, but there is a sense of community among the members.
UPDATE*****NEW CARDIO MACHINES!
Free instructor training. See Leslie, patient, easy going, knowledgeable.

I love Planet Fitness and it was very interesting to visit a Planet Fitness in a different state but one thing I do want to say about this Planet Fitness is that they have no security at all me and my brother-in-law walked right in they didn't check to see if we had a membership or anything they allowed us to walk in with heavy coats on because it was snowing that day we put our coats anywhere we wanted and worked out for as long as we wanted without any security or anyone questioning us if we had a membership or not we both have memberships but it just worries me that people are hanging out and working out in this gym that may not belong which if anyone gets into an accident the gym would be held responsible and that would not be a good good look.

I love going to this gym and all their marching are new it's beautiful their workers are very friendly the gym is clean all the time the bathrooms are super clean.

Love the size of the gym. 24 hours is great but it's hood and lots of rude people. Not a comfortable workout. Been here for awhile now. Think it's time to go to a gym in a better neighborhood. Disappointing like there set up.

The gym itself is great for the price, but I called corporate when I noticed this location charged me for an additional month after valid cancellation. Corporate researched and agreed, said they emailed the MGR and I should hear back. I called corporate to follow up and they said it may be faster if I call myself. Have left multiple messages for the MGR with the front desk.
After my last attempt, I was told they took down my number a digit off. Left my number once again. Still no call back in weeks.

It's not a lot of money, but it's the principle. I'd like to prevent this from happening to other ppl.

Other than the paper towels/cleaning spray being empty most of the time, this gym is good. It gets busy in the A.m 5-10am. I go late nights 2-4! Met some cool people here, now they greet me when I come. Lol

Addition of Hydro massage and Heat Massage beds add competitive edge... No question. Recommend black card for these amenities.

This place is a fraud. Be careful when signing a contract they lie about how many days you have to cancel without paying any cancellation fees. They'll tell you it's a week when it's actually three days and they will not refund your money and they will charge you for the month and the buy out fee. Even if you cancel four days later. When I signed my contract the guy told me I had a week to cancel without being charged any fees. I went back 4 days later because I decided to cancel and sign up in a few months because I got another job and going to the gym for now wouldn't be possible and the person that was there told me it's not a week it's 3 days either you pay the cancellation fee or we will charge you monthly even if you don't come to the gym. I was in shook of how unprofessional they were and how entitled they feel to your money after they trick you into signing and giving them your account information. And thinking about it. It makes sense why they lie and say a week and not three days because if you are like me and like to do things right they know if you change your mind you will go before the 3 days and they would have made no money. so they make you comfortable with thinking it's a week because if they're in luck you'll be back by the fourth, fifth or even sixth day and it will be to late they already got you and your money no matter what. It's a scam. They charged me 58 to cancel and after I cancelled the guy said oh by the way I'm also charging you the month. I brought it to the managers attention finally after countless times of trying to reach her and the employees always saying the manager is not here and she was as unprofessional as them and didn't even know if it was a week or three days or what their policies were. So she said I'll call you tomorrow because I know it's something like a week or something (Yup the managers words). I called the next day and she just brushed it off and said it's three days we won't be refunding anything. All these people do is lie. I'm a mother of two children I could of used that money on anything else. Instead they took it out of my account in such a fraudulent way. You can not have your staff lying about the contract and then hold the customer accountable for believing what was told to them by someone they trust knows the policies and will be honest. It is wrong. What kind of gym is this? and what kind of lying and fraudulent people are running it?

Its totally worth what you pay for. Gym and locker room is very clean. Not crowded most of the time. With black card you can get in a friend for free. Staffs are very polite. One negative could be, you will see some people do the weird exercises! If you dont want anyone to judge the way u workout this place is 4 u!

I love this gym. They play music so if you forget your headphones you're still covered. It's pretty clean here. There's always a crowd when I go so you're never alone but there's still plenty of machines so you can always get on something.

Place is too packed most of the time especially because they just shut down one of the 3 on the island which leaves 2 and it was already packed prior to that.also alot of the times I go to use a machine the pins are missing from them and because of that it ruins your workout due to having to go to the desk and let the workers know which slows ypu heartbeat etc.... A real big thing I do not like about this gym either is that the free weight area is very small and not open enough for people to come and get their workout done without waiting to squeeze in for a couple sets because of course there are a number of people that stay in the same immediate area without any rotation involved throughout the gym. If you ask me the island needs at least 2 more planet fitness's to compete with other fitness franchises which have more establishments and better quality up and down the board. Not to mention I have called about this problem to corporate a couple times and still I haven't heard anything back from them.
