Balance Yoga is my go-to studio when visiting my daughter in Westchester County. David and Carolyn have put together a team of outstanding teachers, who are knowledgeable, personable and helpful. This is a great place to practice!
I've been exercising for over 20 years, but have never tried yoga. I decided to give it a try a few months ago, and have been beyond impressed and thankful to have found Balance Yoga & Wellness in Larchmont. Not only is the schedule flexible with multiple classes throughout the day including early morning, but the owners are beyond incredible with welcoming all shapes, sizes and fitness levels to their yoga community. In truth, I was a bit terrified of yoga because I didn't think I could do it! Balance yoga's instructors and owners have been truly life-changing, as I can actually "do yoga" now! Instructors are top-notch, professional and caring. There are also pop-op classes and wellness workshops that are offered constantly to keep members engaged, which is really wonderful. I highly recommend Balance to anyone, especially if you've always wanted to try yoga, and think you can't...
The start of my Bikram yoga journey began at Balance yoga studios. Although I have only been enrolled for one month I have seen tremendous progress in my mental health, physical strength and flexibility. As a full -time college student who aspires to become a mental health therapist, I can certainly attest to the importance of mental health and engaging in activities which are not only mentally enriching but also physically therapeutic. I highly recommend this studio.
As a professional basketball I always try to figure out ways to get an competitive edge over others, becoming more flexible was one of them. This is an perfect place for any one athlete and non athlete to do so. The environment is very friendly and the studio is top class. From being here the last 2 months I have increased my mobility and mentally/ physically became more aware of myself. This is a great place to become a member and be a yogi
My wife and I schedule a class at this yoga studio while visiting the area for a wedding. The owners, David and Carolyn, were very accomodating. We wouldn't hesitate to take a class here and recommend it highly!
Yoga studio is very clean. Variety of classes to choose, both bikram & vinyasa classes. Loved the 60 min express classes in the morning.

Balance Yoga & Wellness has great classes that range from Bikram Yoga to Restorative Yoga, as well as amazing massages, all at a reasonable price.
