My 7 daughter has been a member for over a year... She loves the teachers and had made some great friends while learning martial arts... The owners are a wonderful husband and wife team, both black belts btw, they make learning martial arts fun. They've been teaching for almost 30yrs. They also offer adult geared classes on kickboxing etc.. I'm so glad we found this school. If you're thinking about putting ur kids into martial arts, check these guys out, it's a great school

This place was a life saver. Kyoshi and Shihan were welcoming and allowed me to work out a lot of frustrations of daily life. What started out as 'something to do' became 'the place to be'. I got into the best shape of my life and if it wasnt for the fact that I no longer live in the area, I would still be there. You are in safe hands at this studio.

The atmosphere and experience at Premier has been absolutely unbelievable!
The children's programs are second to none... they have totally transformed my daughter from a quiet & shy child to a socially confident, well adjusted young lady who is excelling at school and in every activity she participates in. The family program is our recommendation to anyone who is looking for a positive family activity that truly is life changing!
