Visited here whilst in USA, Mount Vernon. There were no classes on (even though the website stated they run classes (of which that was the point why l came). The staff where in experienced and the manager was not very welcoming especially to someone that's visiting the area. Only saving grace, was the equipment worked and a vast array to chose from.

I love all the light that comes in. Plenty of room with lots of machines.
They keep the machines, and changing room / showers clean.
They made the downstairs entirely for core fitness.
Now that some of the construction in that area is winding down, parking is easier.
I enjoy this location over the Scarsdale one; although Scarsdale parking is free.

I've only been a member for two weeks and the staff has been caring and amazing. They always greet you and say "Enjoy your workout". Also I had left something at the gym I called and spoke with Johnny . He was helpful. He not only found my item but he personally notified me to retrieve it. This gym is the best.

Staff friendly and very quick at getting account setup to start workout. They have large locker area with locks for $9.99 on site. This place was super busy, however I never once had to wait for a machine to free up. They have lots of machines and a free weight section also.

I have been too so many planet fitness gyms, some in other states, and this one is the best one so far.. there are ample machines, so there is no waiting. Even at busy times it doesn't feel like a crowded gym..the only downside is that there is no parking..but that really isn't a major complaint. This gym is truly 24 hrs and open til 1 on most holidays..it's everything I need in a gym and at a great price.

I love coming to this gym. it is always clean and well organized. Most of the members always whip down machines before and after their workouts which makes me feel very comfortable about using them. the locker rooms are large and are constantly being cleaned. Staff is always present cleaning around the gym. for the low price of 10 dollars a month and a yearly fee of 39.99 you can't go wrong with this gym.
this gym is large and has a lot to offer. weights are always kept neat and clean!
if you live in the new Rochelle area and you are looking for a good affordable gym that's open 24 hours a day then this is the perfect place for you !

Clean! Not crowded at 6am when I'm there. The equipment is is great condition! I enjoy my workouts!

I've been coming to this planet fitness for years. The staff are always friendly and helpful, the weight area is kept clean and the layout of the gym as a whole is easy to navigate and never makes it seem too crowded (even during the peak hours). It's also open 24 hours a day which is great for my schedule! :-)

One of the Few gyms open 24hr. Two floors of GYM equipment and a Very friendly and helpful staff. Manager keeps on top of fixing equipment when it breaks. Very Clean

You have to love that they are open 24 hrs (yay PF) and they are constantly cleaning the facility (wiping machines, refilling the cleaning sprays, vacuuming, etc.)
My only complaint is that it snowed pretty bad 3 weeks ago and the lockers have not been cleaned so the bottom of some lockers - tall/large ones- still have salt and dried up dirt. Still, very happy with this NR gym :)

By far the best planet fitness I've been too!! It's clean, friendly, and spacious! The staff overall has been super friendly and helpful, especially Aprell! The facilities feel luxurious and higher end compared to other locations I've been too. I definitely feel lucky living so close to this planet fitness!

Very clean and well maintained. machines are rarely out of commission and if so, they're repaired quickly. Two floors, well ventilated and 24 hours. Staff is always very polite and kind. Have been going for close to 2 years and i love it. They're very focused on cardio so if you're into weights, your options are limited. They still have more than the average planet fitness. Showers are in great shape and lockers are very spacious.

Before, this facility had problems with managing the cardio circuit, and anybody can just cut into someone else's routine. Recently, hasn't been a problem for some time. But now, whoever is in charge of cleaning crew cannot have the decency to properly close off a section of the facility when they have to vacuum. Without proper notification ahead of time, workout routines from paying customers like myself were interrupted. We work on our routine to get the best results, and issues like those can ruin the flow. Please provide proper signage to indicate when a section of the facility is closed off for cleaning

Excellent gym except no parking the meters run until 12 midnight. parking is killing this gym slowly .plus no protein shakes like some others. can't afford to pay for gym and parking. so we see if I continue to go there.

I went the first time , no one helps you , I believe if your new in the gym atleast they should show you around , n show you how to use the machines !!! But no one was really there , so it is ok for me .

Out of all of the planet fitness I have been to I would say this is the best due to the amount of space as well as machines. I like how the cardio machines are facing the tvs and not another workout area every machine is well spaced and spread out wisely. I like their tanning beds and how they separated the free weights downstairs really well thought out. I like how clean it is and not very crowded at certain times compared to the planet fitness I've been to. The reason why I rated planet fitness a 4 star instead of five is due to their parking is off street and it's metered parking unless you parked a couple of blocks away from the area, also the fact that they do not allow you to bring weight belts and attach weights to them. If they had a parking lot and they allowed weight belts to be used with their weights this would be 5 star.

Watered down hand soap in the restrooms, homeless people sleeping in the massage chairs. What happened to this planet fitness. Used to be my favorite location. SMH!!!
