The energy in the studio is exactly what I'm looking for; polished, but not too polished; professional and organized, but connected and personal. The instructors are unique, but all helpful and insightful in their own way. My favorite classes are Yin Yoga, Candlelight Yoga, and Yoga for a healthy back. Thanks for everything, y'all!

Great Gym I had joined when they 1st opened 20 years ago, Karen was very welcoming when I returned this past spring, gave me a good fair deal & able to use the taning bed. I always know a bunch of people when I work out there so very welcoming.

Omg I love this place. Everyone is so nice, welcoming and makes you feel at home. It's a small space but very nice and clean. The atmosphere is just so chill, I love it. The people at the front desk are very welcoming and informative. I remember my first day I dropped in for a yoga class for only 5$ and it was the best experience ever. I never even knew that New Rochelle had a yoga place. I had just happened to search yoga places in Westchester and found it. I've always wanted to take yoga because I heard it's fun and relaxing. And now that I've found this place I'm totally obsessed. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to do yoga zumba or bellydance. Westchester yoga arts was the best decision New Rochelle could've ever made

Our company decided to get Wendy Vigroux from Westchester Yoga Arts to do a corporate yoga event for all our employees. This was done to relieve them of office stresses. Wendy was incredibly helpful and positive and there has only been excellent feedback about the event. We look to collaborate in the future again.
Westchester Yoga Arts has played such a great role in my life for the past 6 months. I love going here for classes with Sylvie. She is such a great teacher. Yoga has made a tremendous difference in my life. My whole thinking has changed and I'm a lot calmer now. I'm a happy customer here.
My sister gifted me a groupon for 5 classes at Westchester Yoga Arts, and I nervously went there, not knowing what was in store. I did my first class with Laura Leva and enjoyed yoga immensely. I felt really relaxed after the session and decided to come and try other teachers before I signed up for a longer course. I tried Renee Williams and decided I liked both Laura and Renee and decided to take one class each with both of them in a week. I love my yoga classes. They are the highlight of my week.
Zumba classes at the Westchester Yoga Arts Studio are amazing. Their music is peppy and I love working out to different tunes. I love dancing and this is the perfect way for me to relax and also work out. My instructor is a rock star. She does a wonderful job every session. Thank you for offering this class.
I have to say yoga has brought a lot of peace in my life, I have been attending the Gentle Yoga classes. I love my instructor, Wendy, she is so good at what she does. She manages to make me feel relaxed through gentle meditation. It is simply amazing. This is something you must experience.
