The new facility looks amazing! The staff are so helpful and friendly. I just became a member and I love it!
Walked in and was amazed at the remodel that la fitness did with this club! I walked in and was so happy with the service I received from Allison, she was super friendly and helped me get myself and my father set up at the gym. Go in and ask for Allison! Shes the best!
Clean gym. Pool, sauna also available.
The gym and the equipment are good. But the employees are so bad I can only give it one star. Especially one girl, I couldn't catch her name but she wears a top knot. She is super rude and I'm not sure how she's not fired yet.
Being in marketing, I have an aversion to pushy / gimmicky sales. So I was happy to find that I experienced none of that at this location. I worked with Giuseppe to get started. He attended to me right away, and also gave me a tour. He was very knowledgable and personable throughout. I've been to several gyms, and can't remember having a better introduction. I was signed up, and ready to start working out, in no time at all. I used to be very in shape. Since being engaged, this is not the case. I kind of just eat whatever. Do legs when I feel like it. I'm looking forward to returning to form.
Spacious gym with very solid equipment. Spoke to Giuseppe when i came in & he showed me around and made me feel right at home. I definitely recommend checking out this gym, & ask for Giuseppe!
Gym is extremely neat and tidy. Locker rooms are extremely spacious and clean as well. Staff have been nice and helpful whenever i am looking for something. Giuseppe was very kind as he had showed me around the gym and showed me all the different areas (the pool was so clean). Would recommend others to see Giuseppe for your gym experience.
Solid size space. Lots of cardio, free weights, basketball court, etc. Giuseppe, the guy that I spoke to, was very personable, knew his stuff, wasn't overbearing (usually I feel like just another sale at some other gyms). Overall was great fit in terms of what they offer/price.
Giuseppe is a consummate professional who cares about each of his clients and those that work with him. He takes the time to get to know each person individually without making any prejudgments and allowing people to express their opinions and ideas freely. He is hands-on and will help you reach your full potential. This is a great fitness facility made even greater by Giuseppe.
It's ok. Most staffs are nice, few are not. Few instructors always starts late, most are not. Classroom's speaker system had a trouble for more than a year, but it seemed its managers did not care.

This location has the most disrespectful manager and front desk woman. I have witnessed Karina and Anna treat customers so rudely that it is completely disgusting. The language they use towards their customers is just wrong. I have been a member since the gym opened at that location and have never seen such dissrespect. The company should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this to go on. It is sad and heartbreaking.
Tried the day pass. It looks clean but no one does actually cleans up after themselves. Lots of great equipment. Noticed a few older men that creep on woman working out in just a bra. Employees are rude. Regardless how your day is going, it's basically customer service & hospitality skills. Check in employees are lucky they get to sit all day and get paid SO.

Have a membership for over a year. Staff is very rude. Especially that lady in her mid 40s who's always grumpy and complaining about hating her life. Remember to bring your LA card or she will give you a very hard time.

I go here bc of the large assortment of gym machines but its consistently dirty, has unfriendly staff, and often has no soap or paper towels in bathrooms. This place should be cleaner considering what they charge. Be very wary of the used car salesmen who try to get you to pay the most for your membership. they must be on commission pay basis
I really really love working out there and the people especially the personal trainers that work there are really really nice if your some one that is interested in working with a trainer
So I was here today with my boyfriend. It was a Tuesday around 4:00ish. I won't get into what happened with him (I was disgusted) because I'm speaking on my own behalf, but I didn't like how I was spoken to at the front desk. My boyfriend had an appointment to speak to someone. I was just tagging along because I was with him. This older woman at the front desk gave me the nastiest attitude and said, "I can't just let you in!". Really? I can't just tag along? I wasn't planning on working out or anything. We later found out that my boyfriend was in for an assessment, but we had no idea because nobody explained that to him over the phone. One of the many issues that with this place. There's much more to the story but my issue was how I was spoken to. This woman didn't care if I sat outside in the car! The funny part is I was curious about the place since my boyfriend just signed up, but unfortunately for them I wouldn't sign up with them because of how rude this woman was to me. You guys should ashamed that you have someone so nasty working at your front office. Judging by other reviews I'm not the only one who feels this way.
Place has become a pig sty. WAste receptacles overflowing, trash on floors, mold in showers, puddles of urine on floor of toilet. Showers rarely cleaned. Security lockers don't work. Staff doesn't care
The female manager at this location was the most unprofessional employee I have ever had an encounter with. She was very rude with me for no reason. I forgot my key tag but I had my ID and my pass is linked with my phone number. It is written in the contract that I can use my phone number and ID to get into the club but the manager didn't let me in and in-fact was very rude and told me to get out of the club and that I could not return for the rest of the day, with or without my key tag. Do not recommend this place simply because of her. I felt racially profiled by her and will not be coming back.
Ladies locker room us always dirty. Cleaning staff is polite but need to actually clean more. Updates are needed in the main area of the facility. Please get rid of the nasty carpeting
The lady at the front desk is just miserable and should honestly quit if she hates her job so much. I forgot my card one day and she just rolls her eyes and gives the biggest attitude
This is my local gym now, after moving here from Florida and comparing my LA there to the one here? this one is great! clean, nice staff
The dirtiest LA fitness I've been to. If you enjoy pee on the floor, gum in the showers, and dilapidated equipment, this place is for You! Only reason I occasionally gonna that it is right next to where i work.

Honestly the worst LA fitness I've been to on LI so far, out of about 5. I just moved back here after being in the military and the army had better equipment. Dumbells are everywhere, improperly placed. No one is walking around to fix deficiencies, no fixed straight bars in the freeweight area forcing people to curl in the power/squat racks and take up space. Needs a management overhaul (More presence)
biggest problem I ever had was with b**** at front desk. Besides that equipment is good, locker room is good. But weights are usually always missing.
