Very clean and has all you need for a good workout. Locker room is as clean as Jesus heart

For me this is the best place to workout. I've lost 40 pds in less than 6 months. I've kept it off for 7 yrs now. I did all that recovering from 3 debilitating injuries and surgeries. I primarily use the elliptical on max resistance for 65 mins. I burn 1100 -1200 calories easily. If you combine that would leg presses and bike rides and you get good results. Whatever your goal/s maybe... if you're persistent and consistent in your working out you will achieve them. Good luck guys!!!

This staff is always helpful and friendly. The location is awesome and the atmosphere is fantastic. Recommended.

Good for me, I just joined this gym and I actually been going. I had a great time every time I went. They have instructor with free classes and the price is very inexpensive $10 per month. I can see myself being lean and thin in a few months. Great place a must join...

I have no complain on this particular club or staff members. It has plenty of space and all machines for a full body work out. This club is mainly clean and work staff seems to be OK. I rate the gym Good to Very good. Now as far as my opinion on other gym members concerns , I don't like some of the random street rats that join the club just to hang out.!!
And yes ( I preserve all rights to judge)

These gyms are huge and have so many services for only $21.99. Theres a variety of machines and classes, although you have to make appoinmemts or sign up for them. Over all, a very good environmemt.

I have been to a few gyms in my time but I have found none cleaner than this one. Maybe because I go off peak but the staff can be seen constantly cleaning. I am very happy with my first week at PF.

Great prices for a cheap date!!!! Lol!!! Kidding!!! Clean, cheap, and machines work for the most part. Just don't go on Monday evenings. Everyone feels guilty from their weekend of alcohol and hot dogs and hamburgers!

This is my home club. I feel that it's very reliable as far as equipment is concerned. Late night/early morning is the time to go for a smaller crowd. The staff is good too.

Went here for a workout and I was satisfied by the equipments and services that they have. Approachable gym instructors.

Pretty much everything you expect in your average gym will be here. Sometimes equipment doesn't work, but they seem to get fixed eventually. Employees are nice and the place for the most part is clean. They have about 8-10 different tv channels playing at any given time, just bring headphones to tune in. There are lockers, changing rooms, showers and bathrooms located on the lower level.

Ive never had a problem with this location and I was there since the end of 2017- unlike other reviews I have never had a problem with machines, disinfectant or the other people there. I loved their personal trainer and the staff have always been nice enough. The reason they get two stars is because I cancelled my membership in Jan of this year because I moved and they continued to charge me until March, annual fees and all. I raised hell and called almost every day, sent emails, left voicemails and nothing was resolved until I disputed the charges with my bank. The staff took my calls and were extremely courteous for the most part. Its the manager thats the issue. She didnt apologize for her own system error and said nothing about the fact that she was calling me in March about an issue I raised in February, meanwhile my card was charged every time. There were countless staff who tried to close my account for me (how was I going to come in to the gym to cancel when I moved out of state) and no one mentioned mailing a letter until after I had already resolved the issue with my bank and either way I had already signed to cancel so why would I cancel again.

In short, the gym is good, you get more than what you pay for but the management is beyond terrible. Good luck getting your money back if you ever have an issue and be careful about cancelling (save your receipt!!).

The gym on Jamaica Avenue is always clean.There was a trainer there that was very unhelpful and rude. when i asked him to assist with the machine he basically said no, he was too busy talking to his co-workers and most interested in laying low. Just there to collect a pay check

Reasonable price, good work out. Rarely any paper an solution, most time equipped with it. Flu season may have caused them to run out last time I was there. Most workers are nice. Twice I encountered a very rude short boy/man there and reported him instantly. Parking is my biggest problem, but I think of the many people who use public transport to get there and then i empathize. Those folks need a chance too.

The gym is good, it should have more equipment options. The staff does a great job in keeping it clean. The parking is always a problem if going in the evening you will need to pay for parking. There is a parking lot connected to the gym but it's not associated with the gym, which would be ideal if you are working out and not having to worry about feeding the meter every hour.

The only way that I would give this place 5 stars are if ALL the equipment are functioning and if the weights were all together in one place. Everything else is amazing, but I would really appreciate if the equipment was up to par, especially since I pay monthly, with additional maintenance fees every so often.

The neighborhood is terrible. Way too many people at the same branch makes it hard to workout in peace. Cancelled my membership after 4-5 days because of harassments. People st the front desk are very lazy and don't value your time. I should've trusted other 5 star reviews on here. Never going back to this place.

New here and so far so good. It's clean inside and out. The equipment is clean and in working order. It's crowded some days , mostly around evening when people off of work. Looks to be a good crowd. Some males look like their there for the females and vice versa. Staff is friendly and helpful. They explain everything to you in detail and answer any questions you have. For the price it's worth it , I can't complain.

for over a year now my husband and i go monday to friday from 4 to 5 am. i give the customer service 5 stars and the equipment 4.5 stars. the guys there are awesome, always friendly and smiling. some of the equipment isn't completely broken, but could definitely use a tune up or work better, but most work perfect, at least the ones i use. It is more the mats get worn out over time, but they replace those often. Also a few of the ear phone jacks could work a little better, but yoi just move to the next bike or treadmill. Like i seid, it is only a few. but hell, for $20 a month for both of us, you can't beat it. i don't mind rigging my headphones to get my TMZ every morning as a distraction if that means i only have to pay that much a month. Love that place!

People working at the front desk are always showing attitude and bad manners. 1st time I went there for information lady working there ask me to wait in the table until she became free of task. She became free start taking with co-worker, they were all free but nobody attending anyone. After I requested again then they attended me. Same thing happened during my membership registration they are more attitudes and less co-operative. The only reason I am there member is their economic fee, good collection of equipment and locations is nearby my residents. Very disappointed with their customer service
