Very clean good staff but need little more weights in my opinion overall good tho. I love the size of the gym and how spacious it feels. If you want a time of the day that's not too crowded I recommend going in early in the morning or noon.... more

My favorite location. I travel out of my way from the last stops of the Bronx train all the way down here for a good work out session. I can't tell you how clean and how respectful the staff is here.... more

North Bergen location is my location of use. Joe the manager and his crew under him are all great. Everything top notch about this place. Can not go wrong working out at this location.... more
The PF on Flatbush Avenue and Empire Blvd is spacious. The energy in this place is amazing. You have the whole floor to workout. Very few times I had to wait for a machine. The place is clean, staff is alright and the music is at a good level.... more

Love the training w/ instructor. Tanning beds are dated but still functional. thankfully the gym was renovated recently. Air fresheners do need replacement theres a few guys in the gym that smell like cow manure and the smell is offensive at times.... more

It a clean gym that is open 24 hours 7 days a week. Also for $20 plus tax you can bring a guest. The one issue is the parking, they do offer a parking lot but you are only allowed to park for 2 hours after 5 and 1 hour before 5.... more
Convenient location. Most equipment is in good working order. Clientele can't seem to put the free weights back after use. Locker rooms are dirty with many broken lockers.. It's great for the value and the staff has been pretty chill.... more
Always busy, not much space to lay a mat to work out. The upstairs would be perfect if they removed a row of machines which are barely used. The cleaning spray are filled with water and no cleaning solution.... more
Came here with a friend that has a membership for the first time and this place wasn't all that bad at all. And the staff are helpful and nice as well. +. This place recently had some renovations that I greatly appreciate.... more

This is the smallest, most cramped planet fitness I've ever been to. 3rd floor of a shopping plaza. Their equipment is NOT new/updated, so there are no ropes, monkey bars, open stretching area, the equipment for jumping and creating unique circuits.... more
Lots of bodies sculpting exercising equipment nice atmosphere and clean.. I went like around 6 in the afternoon and it wasnt too crowded. Everybody was doing their own thing and minding their business.... more
There is an African american Male worker here who wears a black shirt and black pants that is very rude and should be fired. Planet fitness please train your employees on good customer service.... more
Very clean and love this gym better than canal. This place is ok; nothing special. Being in Manhattan, it will feel cramped especially during busy times. The number of popular machines is limited, so expect a wait when it is busy.... more
This is the 2nd time within a month I rode my bike to planet fitness on Remsen and waited out in the cold after 12 midnight for it to open, Ive been standing here since 1145 and it's now 1215 and nobody has arrived to open place yet.... more
I think this gym is pretty good considering its size. However I do think the staff could enforce more a no phone policy. I've been here for 2 hours most days and I always see the same people on the machine on phones.... more
There are A lot of bad things I can say about this gym, the most important is that I want in to cancel my membership because of the virus. I don't know if the girl working was incompetent, she assured me my cancelation went thru.... more
Be careful Ladies, on 34th Street PF in the Tanning Rooms area holes where found on the ceiling and a wall missing from its back. It is easy for anyone to creep up as you undress. While tanning, I heard something from the area and then a guy happens to be outside the booth.... more

I brought my friend with me and he loved it as well. It's a nonstop high intensity interval training workout. If you're looking for less treadmill and more body weight workout this is the place to be.... more

By far, the filthiest PF I e been to. Rust in lockers, dust bunnies in every corner, gooey handles on pretty much every machine, the list goes on. I'm not sure how these guys maintain the franchise name.... more
Horrible planet fitness do not join. Staff has no customer service skills. You spend your money by joining and get disrespected and scammed. No work ethics. Rude, uptight employees epsecially the females.... more

This place is very clean,,in the mornings at least,,thanks to always welcoming and friendly face of a employee named Nash! Wish that front desk would say hello or good workout or at least maybe ,possible nod there heads but I get that requires lifting there heads up or away from there phones and that's just so much work these days.... more
