Great instructors with thorough, efficient workouts. The gym itself is spacious and the locker room is very clean. I always enjoy working out here.. As an ex-athlete turned office worker , I really missed workouts that focused on moving your body better, getting stronger, and working on explosiveness all the while getting that heart rate going.... more
