Great place for learning how to exercise and hone your body, if you make 50k+ a year. It's the best Karate Mill in Buffalo, but still a "Karate Mill." They charge you large amounts of money for small goods or services every step of the way; just like every other school.... more
Buffalo peeps, you should be using this OTF studio to burn off all the pizza, wings, and weck! Great spot!. I love ORANGE THEORY the instructors are amazing the staff is always pleasant and the workouts are great! You are always in for a great time and burning lots of calories.... more

Our local playground. Very well equipped for children aged 2-7. Older kids use the green space. Benches, water fountains... Enjoy!... more
Not a bad gym. Only has one squat rack, and no DL platforms. Sometimes stuff is out of order & it takes awhile to get fixed. It's kinda chilly, too, even for a gym. Has lots of resistance & cardio machines if you're into that.... more
The locker rooms are not clean, the equipment is beat up, and if you ever want to cancel they give you the run around until you have to put a stop payment on your payment method. There are much better options than LA Fitness.... more
