From my experience the morning shift is the most proffesional. In the evening you will find no soap in the dispencer, no toilet paper, clogged toilets, people throwing up in the trash cans, steroid bottles on the locker room bench, personal trainers occupying multiple machines and most of the free workout space and being rude when you kindly ask them about it.... more
