Great place to workout. The trainers there will answer any questions even if you are not part of their program. And it really is a judgement free zone.

The staff here is super friendly and approachable. Always well maintained equipment and their prices are better than any other gym for what you get included with membership. Classes are great too!

I personally think this place is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Im working I dont wait long.. if ever to get on machines. Plus the workout classes, tanning and they (hydro massage I never used yet) is included in the membership I have. Its very worth it.

Crowded if you get here at 5 . It's pretty adequate most of the rest of the time.. Some broken machines. Usually the mornings on weekdays are the best time to get here. Recently expanded the actual gym area into the basketball court room they had before making the gym feel much more open. Recently however the inside is disgusting..seems like they stopped paying the cleaning staff. Toilets are always plugged..I have seen the same fingernail on the ground for a week now, they really need to step up their game. Or they will start losing patrons.

Great gym. They have got all the equipment u need, all of them.
The place is huge. I will recommend u to visit. Very affordable, and it's 24/7 five days.

I travel all over the US and try to get as many workouts in as I can. When they were World Gym it was a good place. Pretty clean, staff was ok, etc..
Since Crunch took over this place is TERRIFIC! The staff is really friendly and helpful. There are a bunch of new machines and more space than before. The gym is immaculate! I was there twice this week and they are cleaning no stop. The guy that was vacuuming not only does a great job but he also encourages the people that are working out. All in all, if I lived here this would be my regular gym. Can't wait to come back.

Gym is great but after Crunch took over world gym they started changing me more without even informing me. when i signed up with worlds gym they made me pay for the first and last month and when i canceled my member after crunch took over they charged me for "the last Month fee". i called the customer service because the girl that was working at the gym had very little knowledge about all this. when crunch i wasn't informed about any of the changes they made until i went and asked them, after i asked them they were like "oh yeah sure " and advised me. Me as a customer should be informed because the money is coming out of my account!!! they changed the annual fee from $39 to $50 and didn't brother to even tell me. very bad. i didn't want to stay with a gym that didn't keep me informed therefor i had to cancel my membership. people be mindful when sign up for this gym, they might not tell you about some important things that you need to know! also the equipment's are out dated, need to update ASAP

Good gym, but I can't help but miss when it was World Gym. For some reason I liked the old equipment and set up better. Crunch just seem a bit water down to me. The ladies area is missing critical equipment, mats, barbells etc since crunch took over, forcing me to go out on the floor to search for alternatives..it's going to take me some time to get use to all the changes..

Still no womens sauna since crunch bought worlds gym. It still stinks, they have a lot of new equipment and punching bags. I love the womens only room.

I wish they would have something so you could spray down the equipment after you use it but otherwise it was great.

Very nice gym. General manager nicole sievert, was very helpful. We had 6 people at work sign up this morning and she was awesome.

Crunch Gym is very great they have they have lots of varieties of gym equipment they also have a sauna in the changing room so if you want get your sweat on. like relax take deep breaths go to the song that's how I like a basketball place where you can play basketball with your friends and all that stuff and they have weightlifting stew so and they also can make you some smoothies

My wife swears by this gym. It seems ok. As with any gym read the fine print. Two stars off for the fine print.
They have ample space and equipment, nice staff and excellent personal trainers.

If your credit card number changes for any reason, be prepared to get almost daily harassing telephone calls. Then, beware of cancellation fees - I was forced to pay for two additional months plus the "maintenance" fee since it was scheduled on the last of the two additional months which worked out to be about $50 altogether - this was non-negotiable and I just wanted it over with at this point, so I paid with absolutely no incentive to ever return. So much for being a low cost gym. I plan on trying Catalyst since it looks like it has great reviews and is more conveniently located for me.

A case of stolen identity which resulted in the cancelation of my debit card caused them to not receive their payment on time. Now a few days late, I'm made aware with threatening letters of going into collections. Don't worry Crunch, you'll get your $10 along with the termination of my membership. Crunch must be real hard up for cash.
1 star since I once enjoyed this place as World Gym

Nice gym... Best of Crunch Facilities in Buffalo area. Largest space of all the locations... Equipment in good shape, TVs function to allow you to be distracted. Try to go there 3x/week
