Beautiful, comfortable studio space, and expert, supportive instructors. Every class is structured to be flexible for all levels of experience and abilities.
I take the gentle yoga class Tuesday and/ or Thursday. I have been practising Yoga for many years. This class is perfect for my 68 year old body. I feel fully stretched and I love the instructor, Carrie. The atmosphere is what I want from a yoga studio.
This was a great studio. Cody, our instructor was really friendly and offered modifications to suit your body. I look forward to going back!
I made my first visit to Heartspace today for a yoga class to benefit Whiskers shelter. The owner, instructor and others there were welcoming and friendly. The space was comfortable, and the special yoga with cats session was great!

Any class I've had here has been fantastic. I visit the Troy location most often, but every time I've come here, it has been a great experience. TGIF yoga is consistently popular and has been quite crowded when I've attended.
Do note that the entrance is behind the building, which can be a little poorly-lit at night.

Small open class for beginners. The instructor was very aware of each person and made sure to help someone when needed
