My first class today at The Space - Yoga with Chuck George was so wonderful and uplifting! I came home to my breath, my body and my heart. The Space is a Gem in the Delaware Ave. neighborhood and perfect for anyone considering a yoga practice as well as for those who want to enhance their practice with Chuck's unique and refreshing style. So worth it!
