Me and my 2 friends had amazing massages here! We did the upgrade for a body certified therapist, but the owner mentioned even the intro therapists have at least 3 years experience. I did massage and craniosacral with Jessica it was amazing!
Julianna's yoga class is superb! Highly recommend it if you're looking for a truly intermediate class that will stretch and grow you. He style is very grounded in yoga tradition, which I very much appreciate. She also cares enough to gently adjust students which is so important if you want you yoga to result in actual real life positive changes in your body.

I was passing through Santa Fe and dropped in for a class and came back for a massage. Loved this studio and the boutique. Great clothes and many other things. Highly recommend.

I had not been to yoga in a long time so I was nervous about going to class. The instructor was really great and encouraging! I would definitely take another class from her/the studio.

I was visiting from out of town. Did a Morning yoga class and a 90 minute massage. Enjoyed them both. Will visit again next time I am in town.
The therapeutic stretching class has been a very pleasant experience. After each class, I feel energized and relieved of stress. The training staff and the class members are great. The stretching class puts me in an alternate state. Good feelings!
I love the Body of Santa Fe! I love their cafe, boutique, child care and their amazing instructors in the studio! The workers are so friendly and nice. One of the special treasures of Santa Fe!
Best yoga I've ever had. You finally have a decent teacher, Gaia, that isn't weird. And not 20 years old. There are more people over 65 in Santa Fe. Make your facility baby boomer friendly. My friends and I have money for clothes but we aren't a size 2. We are 12 -18 so we don't buy your cute LITTLE clothes.

Don't get massages very often but the last few have sucked (at a chain abbreviated ME)..went to Body and masseuse was Kendra.. awesome. Worked the problem spots.. totally relaxed..so nice my eyes started watering..seriously worth the money. She acted like she really wanted to help me feel better..

Loved my Monday evening yoga class with Daniel Craig. Supportive energizing class with wind down savasana ending that was much needed.
Love Body. The instructors are great and all of the staff are kind and helpful. There is a wide variety of classes. Plus, Body is much more than a yoga studio with a lovely boutique, cafe and spa with services.

All I can say is wow! I was visiting from Houston and my body was very crampy. I had googled massage places the day before and found a really horrible place which I will not say the name of. However the next morning I thought To go ahead and give it one more shot to get a great massage in Santa Fe while on my Christmas vacation. I found Body and called the number. The receptionist was very friendly and went above and beyond to answer questions that I had pertaining to the type of massage therapist that I was needing. She recommended Shannon. I arrived a little early for my 615 appointment last night and all I can say is wow! Shannon is absolutely amazing she was on time for my apt and very warm and friendly. She hit every spot that I really needed which was majority in my hips and in my upper Back. I stand on my feet as a hairdresser every day so of course there are aches and pains that come with that. I am so thankful that I found this place and on my returning visits in the future I will be definitely going to see Shannon again and again! Thank you Shannon for making me feel great!!!!
The jackpot of unique, charming, inspiring and decadent in Sata Fe. Stumbled upon this while searching for an evening smoothie option. We were greeted as if we had arrived for a reservation in a fine dinning restaurant, my four year old welcomed and celebrated, and offered water while the owner made our delicious fresh and healthy drinks. The merchandising was beautiful and before I left I was offered a tour of the facility and I can't wait to return this weekend and take advantage of their incredible yoga class options while my kids stay engaged and entertained in their impressive Body kids program room. And the spa.....yep thats next. I have a good feeling it is going to be as impressive as my entire experience today!
The Cafe is great, this place has a daycare area , a spa and a studio with scheduled yoga classes. Wish you didn't have to pay to shower though, that's a bit weird
I love Body's yoga and nia classes with expert instructors - plus some of the best fashion in Santa Fe!
