COVID19 UPDATE 5.4.20
"The plan we put forward here is our best efforts to keep everyone healthy and maintain the financial viability of YogaSource:
In studio and live stream classes
Our San Mateo and Guadalupe 1 studios will open for in person classes possibly as soon as May 15th.
A new and expanded schedule that will include both In Studio and Live Stream classes on a daily basis. Many existing classes will remain the same.
Class size limits -- 20 person maximum at San Mateo and 12 person maximum at Guadalupe 1 -- so that we can ensure physical (not emotional or spiritual!) distancing protocol for each person in the studio classes. This means it will be best to register online in advance.
Ongoing cleaning and sterilizing of the studios before and after each class
Students must bring their own mats and props
New pricing to encompass new offerings and our new financial realities.
Flexibility and the awareness that we may need to adjust and adapt rapidly to changing circumstances.
We as a community hold ourselves and each other together. Perhaps one thing we can emerge from this time with is a knowing that we will each play our part to help and support each other, a knowing we can relax our nervous systems into our shared and co-created reality. We hold this together. With Gratitude,
Wendelin, Sara and the YogaSource Team"
I always look forward to classes here when I'm in town. The teachers are excellent and the facilities are nice.
Had a very good class with Amy a very good yoga teacher. Planning on taking another class tomorrow
These are by far the most knowledgeable teachers in town. It's not too woo woo either but very grounded in anatomy. Being a yoga teacher myself this is where I go to learn. The new Guadalupe studios are amazing too, it's almost hard to focus when the beautiful clouds forming over the mountains out the 10 ft windows. Grateful for this space
This place is alright. Most of my experiences here have been great. The teachers know their stuff. However, I took a level one class one day because it was what fit into my schedule and I was yelled at for doing warrior 1 without a prop. It was really awkward. In 8 years of yoga classes, that was a first!
Kristina Serna's classes are excellent: a wonderful combination of power yoga and meditation. Strengthens my body, mind, and spirit every time. Her talent, expertise, compassion, and sense of humor make her a truly great yoga teacher.
Owner teaches well! Great experience with a 1-class drop in while visiting from out of town. Clean and attractive environment.
