Very functional, clean and well laid out gym! Field green down stairs for more functional training and traditional gym upstairs.

Would probably be the best gym in Cruces if the hours were longer or 24/7. Crunch was too far and had the same hours as here, so decided to go back. Plus no gym is complete without a Sauna.

Move over to Crunch fitness people, this gym is a Planet Fitness clone but without the stupid lunk alarm, not to mention overpriced, if i didn't have a contract, i would have cancelled with them today.

Love this gym! Never too packed, has everything you need for a killer workout. Downstairs level is full of alternative exercises- TRX, tire flip, sled push, and much more! Best gym in Cruces.

Awesome staff, super helpful
This place is starting to look like Planet Fitness with all the rules posted up everywhere, no chalk, no slamming or grunting, where are the hardcore gyms in Cruces. The hours they close are a joke, especially on the weekends, they close at 5 on Sunday, the shakes are really good but kinda overpriced, the staff are nice, looking forward to trying out Crunch Fitness.

I had a misunderstanding with the manager and she addressed it in the most professional and understanding way. Great gym, clean and trainers and classes are great! I highly recommend this gym! Best in Cruces!

Hours are not great, some of the staff is definitely more pleasant than others. The gym itself is pretty small with not a whole lot of room. The establishment itself is very nice with very nice equipment but it just lacks space and the hours of operation, especially on weekends aren't great. The downstairs area is nice except for the different hours from the rest of the gym. Also I was asked to stop my workout and leave that area because they needed to have a "meeting." The last issue I do have is that they dont allow the use of chalk. Those are my biggest gripes about this place but overall it's an okay place to exercise but it is definitely targeted towards the older crowd.
This is a good company. Ran by good managers. Joe helped me out with a concern today and I was really impressed. This is a fair and honorable place. Thank you for your help today, Joe. A nice gym, too!
Staff is always friendly. They have up to date weight equipment and cardio equipment. I like to come here when I visit Las Cruces. They also have a health bar at the front which you can buy protein shakes that they make on the spot.
