Stopped in real quick while traveling and I have to say that the team here is so nice and welcoming. The facilities are clean and I enjoyed my visit!

Hands Down The Best Place I Love To Spend My Time In... I'm Here 6 Days A Week For Up To 2.5 hours.... Everyday Except Sunday... Been In This Iron Paradise For Over A Year Now.. Great equipment but the business model is to charge for late payments. Revolving door for workers, they obviously cannot retain workers. Price is fine but poor customer service and retention. It will be superseded by a better company within time.

I understand that the business model for this industry is to charge people who most often don't use or forget to cancel memberships. I encountered a personal situation that I had to cancel my card, they charged me anyway and refuse to refund me even 1 day after being charged. Even after stating to them that I have not lived here for over a year. This is a terrible way to do business, its unethical and that's how places like this are everywhere. Don't fuel places like this. Walmart of gyms.

This is an excellent location. The staff is friendly and helpful. The gym is well kept and clean. Overall 5 stars.

Excellent gym that truly cares about the people that walk in the front door with the staff's friendly demeanor. Do not pay attention of the negative comments on here as those people are not familiar with reading their contract agreements and did not stick with their fitness plan. It does get busy at times, but there is always enough room to accomodate all individuals that have an exercise plan. If you are unsure about creating a fitness plan and think that maybe you will cancel prior to the end of your contract, yes, this gym is not for you...

They bait you in with the low cost no commitment ploy, but really need to read that fine print, minimum they hook you in for on that so-called no commitment plan is 12 months. Can't quit any time like they make it sound, unless you're willing to pay a penalty.

Locker room is always filthy!! Only planet fitness I have been in where it's consistently dirty. Unacceptable.

Such a motivating environment that makes me want to keep coming back again and again. The staff is also very polite and helpful.

My wife loves working out at Planet Fitness great customer service prettiest care and clean environment great place to go to unwind and work it all out!!

This place was OK a year ago. Just OK. Fast forward and this place just does not cut it. I went in to cancel my membership after I just didn't use it anymore. I prefer the outdoors. When I cancelled, I was asked 'why' did I want to cancel? I don't think they really cared, but no one asked why I wanted to join and it just made the process more annoying. My main issue is that they said they will charge me one more billing cycle THEN they took my membership card and destroyed it. They sure didn't wait a month to charge me to use their facility. I was charged the day I joined PLUS an annual membership fee. The clerk was shocked when I asked for my membership card back. The nerve to charge me for another month I don't want then destroy the card so I can't use the month they're charging me for. Steer clear. Enjoy the City of Las Cruces recreation centers for a lot cheaper and not sign a contract.

I did not have a good experience with this place! Called on 4/17 around 625am their time so that I could cancel because where I moved, there are no planet fitness near me. They told me I couldn't cancel over the phone and had to mail or go in person to cancel it!? What are we in 1998?? Then when I signed up the lady told us that there is no contract and we would only have a 1 time fee of 53 or 58 in March and monthly would be 20 a month. That was not true! Had to do a buy out of $58 to get it the contract because their saying I did have a contract. Make sure you check the fine print before you sign. Recommend going to another gym!

Great fitness center for the price. No aerobic classes but all of the personal training, cardio machines and weights you could want. Very nice, especially enjoy the unlimited massage.

Awesome. Clean well organized. We travel in an RV all over the United States this is by far the best in the country. Really good RV parking as well.

Very friendly, clean, non-judgemental atmosphere for anyone, any age who wants to work out for any goal, state of art equipment, good atmosphere music

If I could give them zero stars I would! I signed up for a membership in November 2015. The membership ended November 2016 and I cancelled as well just to cover all the bases. Originally I used my personal debit card. Planet fitness continued to charge me an additional $108.25 from November 2016-April 2017. I continued to call and complain to no avail. Finally I went to my bank, placed a stop pmt and blocked Planet Fitness from charging. Somehow, they got my business account bank information and started charging that account. Again, I placed a stop pmt and blocked Planet Fitness again, after calling them repeatedly. That cost me $60.00 in bank charges. Then I closed my personal and business bank account and took my business to another bank, just to cover all the bases. I felt really bad as this was not the banks' fault, but I didn't know what else to do. Then, somehow, Planet Fitness charged my Amex business card under another name "ABC Financial". WOW! I do not know how they get all this information. Now I have to dispute that charge and close another account. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH PLANET FITNESS. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR FINANCIAL INFO. THEY WILL NEVER STOP CHARGING YOU!!! I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and demanding a refund of $168.25 for their unauthorized charges and my bank charges.

It's pretty good for half my workouts. Nice people, but no barbells other than Smith machines with plates. The dumbbells top out at 75 so go to a heavier gym for leg and chest days. Free tanning with black membership. Loses a star because no sauna. Overall I ike it!

Spaced out and lots more room then other gym. It can get crowded at times.

This is one of the nicer Planet Fitness I have visited. I travel full time around the US and have been to more than 40 of them. I would however lower the heat in the gym to match the locker rooms.
