I love this place. It is the most laid back gym. You don't feel like you need to keep up with anyone else. It is really nice to be able to just work out at your own pace.

I recommend this gym. I'm going on week 25 and am very happy overall. The equipment is clean, and most are in great condition. The staff is nice and helpful. The restroom is clean and roomy. I think the price is very fair.

I'll try to be brief although I could elaborate. A lot of people go to PF just so they can say, "I went to the gym." These people never even break a sweat when they 'work out' (If you wanna call it that.) What they do is sit on the machines, play with their phones, and block people who actually wanna work out. Since many people are paying 5 and 10 dollars a month membership dues, these places are popular. So much so that I now go do my workout at 9 PM, when I can have a continuous, non-stop, uninterrupted workout.

I walked into brows I was meant by a young lady named Jessica I'm very pleasant smile and a very warm reading. I found Planet Fitness to be outstanding they are equipped for the handicapped wheelchair accessibility plenty of parking hard dense rubber floors from wall to wall. The showers are equipped safety rails flexible shower hoses fold-down handicapped benches. Is they say a picture is worth a thousand words so I have enclosed a few thousand words my comment on Planet Fitness is,

PF is known for a no-nonsense place to work out, and it delivers. Good machines and weights and good monthly price. Friendly staff and usually very clean. I almost gave 3 stars though, and would give 5, if their TV audio consistently worked and they hadn't put their bass speaker right next to the 30-minute workout. It is so irritating to be on the treadmill or elliptical wanting to watch TV and have scratchy or no audio (I have tried many machines and ear buds, but same result). And in the 30-min area, BOOM BOOM BOOM the whole time. Argghhh. (For the one on El Paseo).

This is a pressure free environment that has all of the major workout weights and machines save the freebars, and for an extraordinary price. The trainers on location are friendly and will let you work without micromanaging your workout, while still giving pointers. A fresh vibe is maintained all the time with some cool perks for new and returning members, such as pizza night and always having some small sweets up front.
4 stars because the management has not always been tasteful with their own employees, and not kept previous perks, such as the barber shop.

Out of the two planet fitness's this one is the best one. Staff is more attentive, kind, always great and say goodbye to everyone that goes through their doors.
This gym is also usually empty compared to the other one on Telshor. Telshor is almost always packed in the morning while this one is so empty it's so quiet, it's great!

This gym is also usually empty compared to the other one on Telshor. Telshor is almost always packed in the morning while this one is so empty it's so quiet, it's great!

Decent gym and i hit it at 5am everyday usually and only thing that gets annoying is every Monday thru Wednesday gym gets annoyingly packed with the people trying to sweat out their weekend sins but does die down significantly Thursday thru Sunday at least.

for the past 3 years was very good place to work out . but this year thay have a new manager and one of his female workers by the name Justine thay are very rude she won't smile and when you talk to her she roll her eyes . she will walk around the gym the whole time just looking like she is mad and when you have a question she will tell you I don't know and be real short and rude. So it sucks but now that empolye . made me not won't to go anymore. it's a shame because it's such a nice gym

I was complained about because I was breathing too loud and the same lady said she felt intimidated that I was lifting more than her and she felt I was showing off... I was only benching 150 lbs. So I now go to the other one and only at night.

Good affordable place to place to work out. The facility is kept nice and clean, At least as clean as a gym can be. It just missing more free weights and classes to be able to push yourself.

Convenient hours, various machines, free weights and they have personal trainers if needed. Just expanded. Place is always clean. Showers available. Inexpensive memberships.

I'm told this is there older of the two PF's in town, but I'd never have known. It is always extremely clean. It has all the normal stuff you expect from PF including the 30 minute circuit. It also has 2 massage beds, 2 tanning stations, and even a hair salon (black cards get free haircuts! You just have to tip). The woman's locker room is nice. There are always plenty of lockers available along with showers, changing stalls, and toilets. I prefer this location over the other.

The place is nice and the staff are usually nice. My only grip is sometimes the employees just stand around when they could be refilling the paper towel dispensers or cleaner bottles. Far too many times have I had to walk around to find a dispenser that was actually stocked. My bathrooms are usually clean. And they are expanding soon and adding new equipment to keep up with the other location on N Telshor so good job there.

The gym is pretty good. It is usually clean and the people who work out there are fairly friendly. There are about four people on the staff who are consistently friendly. The others are incredibly immature. If you ever make a complaint or something correct, they will take it out on you. They are highly judgmental. The current trainer that they have is Marco. A membership grants a member unlimited training. When I scheduled my Design Your Own workout session, he literally chose my goals for me which is to lose weight according to him when it isn't (my goal is to build muscle), and they just wrote whatever he wanted. He then brings in people when you have one of those sessions to chose your exercises for you instead of him doing the work. He will openly admit that he doesn't know what he is doing. Ultimately, he a jerk who picks what he wants, doesn't design around what you ask for, and then doesn't care if you can actually do it, are injured, and if you say anything about it, he'll tell you "the machines are for people like you who can't do it or are injured." He's an arrogant jerk and hangs out with the trainer who claims not to work there anymore even those he is still hanging out behind the counter. The woman behind the desk named Ashley does very little work and is highly condescending most of the time. She will take more time to talk and and hug her friends who are cutting hair than doing any work. The people cutting hair are friendly, bu they make every conversation about whether or not girls should be able to do what boys can do. Everything is about how girls are oppressed. The new people they hired are better than the older ones. Marisa is a little off, but she is friendly more often than not. Essentially, when the boss is there, they are friendly, and when they aren't, they aren't.
