We started taking my daughter to Guzman's in November of 2018. She is doing great and really loves it! The whole staff is VERY friendly, welcoming, accommodating and professional. They treat all their students like family and really care for their well-being. Guzman's has done a phenomenal job of transitioning to virtual instruction due to the restrictions put in place because of the Covid-19 crisis, helping parents try to keep a sense of normalcy. This is by far the best karate/kickboxing school for miles around and we feel very honored to be part of it. I recommend them to everyone as often as I can so more families can experience the family atmosphere, discipline, values, acceptance, respect and love from this wonderful dojo and the priceless people within. Thank you to everyone at Guzman's Dojo for making this horrific time in our country/world more bearable for the students and parents. We appreciate everyone's hard work!

Guzman Karate is an excellent place for kids wanting to thrive. It was the only dojo that was willing to work with my son before he turned 3. Since he's been there he's become such a respectable, self disciplined, talented young boy who sets goals and works to achieve them. At age 3 he already lives by the motto "yes I can" and "a black belt is a white belt that never quit". The staff is also amazing and super friendly. Because of the encouragement of his instructor my 3yr old is constantly practicing karate and even learning weapons.

Ive been a member of Guzmans Sport Karate and Kickboxing since January 2015. I have met so many wonderful friends that I consider my family.Guzman Sport Karate and Kickboxing has been a very positive experience. Joining karate has helped me with my balance, strength and skills.
This place can be easily spotted, seeing as it's a yellow building. The parking is very limited, the prices are bit high. The instructors do their best I suppose, when teaching discipline and manners, however, there are times where their form is sloppy, they don't like to correct the students whose forms are also sloppy and it seems the only way to truly thrive is on your own. It seems they don't time their classes right either. This is an alright starter place for beginners who don't know any better. But the instructors and staff are friendly, so there's that.

This is a great and wonderful place for my son, Joel, to practice at in the art of self-defense. It has everything anyone could ask for, plus, the teachers here are great too.
After only two classes, I observed a remarkable difference in my sons' focus, attitude, attention, and level of respect. The instructors and junior leaders work so well with my children!

A one year contract for a young gradeschooler is unreasonable. Kid's interest fluctuate. Price to buyout is half of the remaining time if the contract. Should be month to month.

We love it here. Both of my daughters have learned so much from the awesome instructors. Their confidence has grown in just a few months. I love how the instructors not only teach new karate and kickboxing skills to my girls, but are also teaching them life skills like how to preserve even when things are hard, that bullying is never tolerated, and to face all obsticles head on. Great job Guzman's sport karate and kickboxing.
