I like to come here for spin classes when I am in town. You text Monica to see if a bike is open and she lets you know if one is available. Its $9 a class. I like to go Tuesday or Thursdays for the 5:15 am class. Lola is the instructor for the morning class. She is awesome! Great workout! Love this place!
