Best things about DDCF: 1. The people and community. 2. The amazing coaches 3. The workouts.
I am a stay at home mother of 4 wonderful girls who was tired of the same gym routine and not seeing any progress.
I have been with DDCF for a year now and I can not say enough on how life changing it has been. I have made the best of friends, and have learned to do things I never thought I could do. Never in my life have I been able to climb a rope and now I can! Yes the workouts are hard but the community and support you get makes it all worth it. You never know what you can do until you show up and try! Come see for yourself!

The moment that I walked in this gym I knew I was going to love it. The trainers are very nice and personable. The people that attended the gym at the time gave me a very warm welcome and made me feel very comfortable. I have been attending for a little under 2 years now and I can say this place is awesome! This gym is accommodating to all types of people...from the starters who have never exercised and the extreme crossfitters. If you are looking for a gym to attend or traveling by, look no further, this is your gym. I guarantee it!
