Best customer service I've had at a hotel in Las Cruces. Comfy beds, clean, fantastic
Staff was exceptionally friendly and so was the hospitality, rooms were nice, doing some remodeling
Stayed during a family member's memorial and funeral. All staff from maintenance to housekeeping to front desk staff were amazing during this difficult time for our family. They were cheerful, accommodating, and understanding. Breakfasts were amazing with many different selections. Will definitely stay there when we travel to Las Cruces, New Mexico again.
The staff was friendly but I have to say. The year round pool was empty the door to my room was broken the ac was really loud. The breakfast was great but I have to say I wouldn't be staying here again. I booked it for 2 nights. I should have found something else for the second night.
Stayed here twice while travelling for work. Kind reception, Clean , good smelling rooms with An Applebees right next door for convenient food and drinks! Nice Breakfast snackage.
Facilities were adequate. Location is excellent. Staff was superlative! If my family had a free pass at a nearby luxury resort, we would skip it to stay here because of the friendly and courteous service we received. People make the difference and everyone here knows that. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
Quiet, no issues to complain about. The staff is extremely friendly and will go out of their way to ensure you have a comfortable stay. They also know the layout of their hotel very well. Room was clean and updated. Your stay Includes breakfast in the morning. Covienently off I10 east or west and very easy to get to.
The bed was comfortable and restaurants were walking distance. The breakfast was good. The pool needs some work and is right next to the freeway on ramp. The bathroom door is extremely close to the toilet in the room I was in. Overall a good hotel.
Amazing, professional and very friendly service by the front desk attendant Erica. Employees like her give the added Superior quality customers expect at a Marriott hotel. The room was impeccably clean and the beds were heaven. Everything you expect at a Spring Hill Suites by Marriott. I would highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again. Thank you Erica for the hospitality and great personality.
Friendly staff and very comfortable room at an affordable rate. I take one star off for funky odor in hotel corridor as I first went to my room. Later I concluded, I think correctly, that the odor came from a dirty vacuum cleaner on the cart as the odor was not there later in the late afternoon when the maid's carts were gone. Bad first impression going to my room.

The SpringHill Suites Las Cruces is, in a word, sad. The property has aged terribly. I have never stayed in a Marriott property this bad before. Once we checked in to our room, we saw the threadbare and stained carpets, the cracked walls, the stained tub, the dirty floor (with hair on it even), and the broken down bed. We asked to cancel, but the clerk would not refund us. So we asked to change rooms. The next room was better. But it was still so subpar. I have never slept worse. The sofabed was even more worn down than the queen. It was such an awful stay that we left as soon as possible. The only thing good about this property is the breakfast - that was actually pretty nice. But that doesn't change the fact. Marriott should be ashamed that the brand name is on this property. Don't stay here - ever!
Nice facility. Great location with easy access to the interstate and several restaurants. Very friendly staff. Good set of amenities. Great price.

The rooms were a little dirty (dead bugs in bathroom), dirty hallways, etc. We stayed overnight for merely 7 hours and paid for two rooms. When we made the reservation we reserved it for $84 per room for the night. But at check out it ended up being $139 per room. Not cool! Keep am eye out for price changes without notice.
This was our last stop on our cross country drive from Virginia to Phoenix. Hotel was clean and we were given an upgrade as a Premier Executive member which was nice.
Pool is a bit small, plenty of parking and easy to find from highway with seating nearby.
Unfortunately someone pulled fire alarm at 2300ish causing the evacuation of the entire facility for nearly 1 hour as fire crews made checks of the building. No fault of the hotel!!
Staff was professional and the room was very comfortable.

Great hotel! Got a ground floor room and really enjoyed spending the night here. The room was a little dated, but it felt comfortable and I loved it! My only comment would be that the hide-a-bed that folded out of the couch was pretty threadbare. The room was clean with ample space though. The man and woman tending the front desk were very cheerful! Will stay here again the next time I'm in Las Cruces.

Great location right off the interstate. Only complaint is they need more electrical outlets or add USB outlets. Reception desk was great and very helpful.
Gabby at the front desk was very nice, informative and friendly. Had issues with internet not working all the time, and one vent was missing in the hot tub. The free breakfast was great. We look forward to coming back and staying there again.
Super friendly staff, very helpful. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Traveling from TX to CA and was so glad to make a stop here. I had difficulty while make the reservation on my phone because I kept losing signal and ended up reserving a king bed instead of two beds and they fixed it without any problem. Nice selection for breakfast. I made a croissant sandwich with fresh spinach, bacon, eggs, and salsa. They also had a waffle station, cereal station, and coffee with flavored syrups.

I stay at this hotel because of it's location. My room was a double queen suite. It had plenty of room and was very clean. It's a decent place but is older and has quite a bit of things in need of maintenance around the property. The staff was very good.
Great service, hospitable staff. The floors/hallways look old. The place could use new carpet. I wouldn't take a high end person there.
The husband and I were driving back from Houston to San Diego. Last time I did the drive I stopped and stayed in El Paso. I really dislike El Paso. So I decided we should drive the extra 30-40 miles and just stay in New Mexico. That was a great decision. The hotel was awesome. The room was big and very clean and comfortable. They have washers and dryers (2 sets although 1 set was broken), a pool and hot tub, they sell snack downstairs, and the continental breakfast was pretty good. There food places nearby and a grocery store. It was a great choice in hotels and we'd definitely stay again.

Great place. Looks good. It's clean. Would definitely stay there again
very good service front desk office treat you with all respect you deserve it rooms are neat and clean it could be everything you ask for
Only place I stay. Don't believe negative reviews. Some people just complain. Been staying here for past 5yrs. Always great friendly staff. Take care of what is needed when it is brought to their attention. I wish other places I stay were as professional. Nichole is the greatest
Was only here to pick up a relative but they had an excellent experience. The facilities seemed clean and very well maintained.
I generally stay at, and like Marriott properties, and this was no exception however there were a couple of things to mention. The place was a bit worn. Dirty carpets in narrow halls, and one very slow elevator.
My room had the hot and cold faucets backwards. When you thought you should get cold, you got hot etc. Also the toilet at times ran continuously.
I am never a fan of Marriott's free breakfasts, and this one was no exception. No better or worse than others at Marriott properties, but that doesn't mean it was good.
Great customer service, person was named Erica. Lobby was recently remodeled, bed was great. Rooms look to be ready for a refresh, I'm sure they're gearing up for it. If I find myself out here again I'll stay here.
Good rooms food location and service
Very nice hotel. The breakfast has a good selection, the beds are comfortable and the room is clean.
Decent value for the money, though nothing to brag about. The front desk staff were excellent, though the bathroom was not totally cleaned.
Seems like a fairly modest hotel. The staff is friendly and professional. There is a complimentary breakfast (which could benefit from higher quality foods), but it is convenient to be able to pull up and unload directly to the front door.
The rooms are relatively spacious with a full bathroom. There's a convenient wall between the bed and the "living room". Much to my surprise there was an actual microwave as well for quick meals.
There is an /actual/ coffee maker in the room that makes about 4 cups a pot and the coffee blend provided is mild, but not too bland like other hotels.
If you get a room on the second floor you will have to go to the first or third and walk all the way down the entire Hall to get ice.
Overall, I'd say the location is satisfactory for the price.
I attended a job fair at the hotel. Everyone that I met was very professional but engaging. They were just finishing breakfast, and it was already super clean. Kudos.
Seemed a little dated but the rooms were large and the bed was a true king size. Good quality mattress. Kitchen has small fridge and microwave but no plates or utensils. Very clean and I am very picky about cleanliness.
Great staff and accommodations. Good for families traveling. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Nice size bathroom, and kitchenette. Shower is a blast. Breakfast delicious. We booked here after a bad Sleep Inn University Las Cruces check-in. The Spring Hill Suites by Marriott is our destination in Las Cruces NM.
Room was clean and really nice. We just stayed the night but it was spacious enough that we could have comfortably spent several days there. Great location right off the freeway too.
Nicely appointed travellers property. Clean and safe. Nice sitting and pool areas. Near food.
The building smelled really bad, very musty. The room smelled as well. It smelled like old curry. The room was not functional at all (not like any Marriott brand I have ever been to. The ceiling fan in the room was very loud and sounded like you were ready to sleep on a flight line. The elevator smelled like a gym locker room after the big game. I notified the associate at the desk about my concerns and he stated that they were soon to be under new management. My thoughts were that is why no one cares because they are changing management. Which is no reason because it's still a Marriott brand and I expect a certain level of service, look, and amenities. That's why I frequent Marriott's
The room is clean with new utensils and plates every day in the room. The breakfast has a good selection of food from cerals and oatmeal to bagels and English muffins, eggs, yogurt and fresh fruit to choose from. The front desk was very helpful when I needed them.
