Woman's Way Fitness, I have been a member of Woman's Way for 20 years, For me it is the best gym in Wayne, The staff is helpful, the classe's and instructors are great , The gym is clean and all the members have alot of fun The new owner did a great job, She is always thinking about the members we walk in and you will find a big bowel of apples or cherries for the members to eat... I love this gym, we have the best coffee and laughs there....Woman's Way is home away from home......
I was in New Jersey for 18 months. I paid in CASH for 1 year ;membership to this gym because gyms have a reputation for continued billing even after services were terminated. Before my 12 months were done I returned to my home in Southern California.
I received a threatening letter dated April 27 from the owner telling me me I had until May 1 to pay $471.87 that I owed. I have not been in the State of New Jersey for 3 years. I gave this gym a note and returned the gym key fob terminating services before I left the state. When I called the owner was rude and argumentative. Owner refused to let me get a word in edgewise and told me the attorneys could handle it. She was curt and unprofessional telling me I had an "attitude". I have reported this business to the Better Business Bureau. Unfortunately for her...I kept a copy of the termination note I gave them.
Great facility. They have so many classes with great instuctors and they are all Included in the membership. Childcare is provided and they were the only gym that would take my 6 month old. Price is decent too.
