The worst managers to deal with.
If you ever try to end a membership be ready for headaches and the worst customer service ever!
I stick with Anytime because you can find one about anywhere you travel. If you don't travel, there's definitely better local gym options. Compared to other anytimes the Vineland, millville are low quality. Most Anytimes have filtration for their water fountains, here it tastes like mop bucket water.
The precor machines are not maintained properly, some the resistance doesn't work properly, others have a wobble. Stuff just doesn't get fixed quickly or ever, mainly because the owner is not very involved, so it's up to the rotating staff.
Ive been to at least 40 or more Anytimes over the past decade. A great Anytime location has a hands on owner who also exercises on their equipment. Neither is true at this location.
Love this gym so far!
Would give a -1000 rating. They over drafted my account and refused to fix the problem. I never renewed my contract but somehow still owe them $500. On top of that they sent the bill to collections and damaged my credit score.
This place is not worth the price or time. They can't even answer the phone even though they're a "24 hour" gym. Go to planet fitness atleast they won't screw you over!
Good place to work out. Open 24hr. Contact though, but you can freeze your account. I liked working out there.
No. Just no!! Way too much money for a filthy gym. Plus when you have a question no one ever answers the phone. You literally have to keep calling them! What kind of business practice is that? Going back to my old gym. It was clean and they were professional!!
Awful terrible customer service. So the night time manager is fat. How do you work for a gym and be fat? Shame on you!! Disgusting!!

My husband and I went to inquire about membership this evening; And was told in a hostile manner ,by an employee , that we did not belong there and we had to leave. Very disappointing that an employee does not know how to address customers.

WORST gym ever ! All they want to do is steal your money !!!
Good gym, space is limited but its fairly close to where I live and the hours make up for the lack of space. Dumbbells go up to 100lbs and two squat racks, and plenty of cardio machines if that's what you're in to. Millville Anytime fitness is much more spacious and the good thing with this franchise gym is that you can go to any anytime gym. But this gym has all you need to make gainzzz or get your cardio/calisthenics in. One thing I wish they had was a heavy bag and speed bag but that's just me , although realistically there is probably no space for it in the Vineland Gym.
Benching without a spot is like using the pullout method

I joined this gym under a promotion well over two years ago. The facility is not large but close to home so I was willing to make due. Over time this facility took on so many personal trainers and clients that it was difficult to work out because unless I was on a treadmill I was always in somebody else's way. The last time I was in this gym I was asked to move from the equipment I was working on so a personal trainer could set up for her client. I moved over to use the free weights and then, due to the space needed by the "trainer" I moved again. Finally I left because I had bumped my head twice trying to get out of the way. I didn't post a bad review at that time because I believe in helping people not complaining.
I would not even be posting this review except for the clause in the contract allowing Anytime to draw a fee from my account for 30 days after I notify them of cancellation. I called at the beginning of the month to cancel my membership ( I hadn't been in the facility for months) and was encouraged to wait before I canceled. I did wait for a week, my husband still wanted to take advantage of the rate we were given.
I should of been reminded of the 30 day "clause" when I told Marcus and the owners sister I wanted to cancel. I was told to take my time think about what I wanted to do with no reminder of this clause. I gave 21 days notice and Anytime seems to feel entitled to one more payment from me. I told the manager Marcus I was going to post a review of my experience and he accused me of threatening him while asking for a favor. Disputing the validity of an automatic draw is Not asking for a favor.
Go to Anytime if it makes your life easier but don't expect to be considered as anything other than a commodity.
Best gym on the planet
Where to begin, the place dusty, and small. the trainers are like Hyena. If trainers are giving someone a training session get out of the way. The manager is the biggest moron, only cares about getting paid.
