The instructors are SUPER !! always willing to help and such a great selection of classes ... love the Tuesday night class with the new teacher trainees!. I had a gift certificate that expired a month ago and asked if I could use it, and was told that for 29$ I can extend it for two months.... more

I miss all of you. I pray the gym will be open soon.. Nice amenities. A little crowded sometimes but there's enough equipment so you aren't standing around waiting to use a machine.... more

impossible to get a hold of somebody. Noone ever picks up the phone I don't think this place even exists. Very motivating.. dont assume it's all about tire flipping. Just come and try out a few clases.... more
