Nice... Fitness and power lifting!.I love to be on fit.It's a good gym and they have really good machines and deals, monthly fee is just $15..Its a clean facility most of the staff is friendly it's a nice size gym plenty of equipment it would have been nice if they had their own parking.... more
I would give this place 4 stars of perple would re-rack the weights..Good Service.I do not recommend this place to anyone.Don't go hear cheap gym equipment.The floor were the squat rack is located is tilted making it uncomfortable to do squats and the gym owners are cocky and rude.... more
Had my daughters 6 year old birthday party here. Staff was so attentive and party was great!! Best in Staten Island!!.I do not recommend it for kids under 6 years of age. 1 couch per 6-8 kids and can't physically give proper attention to each kid.... more
