I love this place but i only have 1 tiny problem. For the extreme skillz martial arts group a bit to expensive in my part but it is really good. What a great place! Everyone needs a Ms.... more

Gym is very clean, workers are extremely nice. 8pm is a nice hour to go! Not very crowded! And mornings are great too! Compared to other gyms, with the amenties and space I think the price is pretty good!.... more

They have good shakes, and their tea and aloe water taste ok. But what I don't like is that they watch inappropriate things on their television. So I wouldn't recommend little kids go there because of the disturbing shows , other kids usually don't go, and they probably wouldn't want to finish everything up because it's a lot.... more
