The personal trainers will provide their best efforts in you achieving your goals, the employees will give you the best appropriate service if you give them the chance. Not many physical fitness centers are 24/7.

I have not been to this gym , I was looking forward to go and check it out considering its so close to my home . But after reading all the negative reviews and even worse the replies are so poorly. It shows very little care . Thank god for the real honest reviews .

Filthy! Bathrooms haven't been cleaned in years, clearly. two toilets are tricky to flush and are often full, causeing the bathroom to stink. Showers are slimy and stink. Entire row of treadmills are broken (or the TV'S are) and NEVER get fixed - nothing has been fixed or worked on since I joined. My son was on a row of 7 elipticals and only two weren't broken. The stats are similar for the treadmills- between the machine and the TV, more than half don't work. Management hasn't responded to my written complaints. I just want a normal, functioning, sanitary gym!

The policy for membership cancellation is worst. I have to move to Chicago on an urgent basis and they charged me post 1 month along with a cancellation fee. I would not recommend to join Retro. Despite you will get other good gyms for a better price with a better quality.

Disgusting place, never organized, the staff is rude . Worst gym in the area, your loosing money if you go here. There's a LA fitness that opened near by with doubble the equipment , a pool and really nice staff. Trust me this gym is ghetto asf

Great workout spot... love the equipment (hate the color scheme) the people were focused on their workout and there was a wide range of ages excersizing...
Sadly I only get an hour unpaid so I could only workout for 45 minutes..

Not a bad place. But they make it extremely difficult to discontinued memberships.

The membership rules changed (?) since I was a member in a different Retro 10 months ago but I was not informed. Now I have to pay $10 and get MDs note to get my teenage son a pass. Not impressed, but I was just informed I can't back out of contract without significant $ penalty. Management hasn't responded to my written complaints. I just want a normal, functioning, sanitary gym!

One of the few REAL gyms opened 24 hours. They have all the equipmemt you need and everything is neat and clean. Could use a greater variety of pre workout, though.

Decent gym. They just rip you off for canceling. Also never received my amazon gift card I was promised.

I was a member since 8/2013. I am very disappointed with the member service. The folks at the desk have attitudes and very unhelpful. There was a misunderstanding with the annual fee. My card denied the charge of $21.36 and later the monthly fee charge was denied. I was not aware of this. And since my account was 10 days overdue I was charged late fees. Could not resolve this with the member service. Canceling my membership.

Gym is fine they fix machines quicker than a 50$ a month gym. I come at 4 and the gym is empty, Best time to work out. Could use a cleaning up a bit
