Brought my travel soccer team here in the off season, AMAZING workouts. Not just your typical run of the mill location very innovative! Highly recommend!!. I absolutely love this place! They are an amazing studio and I highly recommend that everyone try it out! The staff was so incredibly friendly and made my experience so much better! Coach Mike Pacifico was a great trainer, very knowledgeable, but also approachable for questions and instructions! He made each of us feel comfortable no matter our fitness level, as well as gave us a killer workout!! The facility has everything and more!! I will definitely be going back, and recommending this gym to everyone!!... more

Been here a few times and the kids love it. Also celebrated my oldest birthday and he had a blast with a few of his close friends and family.. This place is great in helping kids with unstructured play which they crave and don't get much of these days.... more
Sensei and Joshu are very good with training. Especially Joshu is kind with my son. I will definitely recommend. Just be informed about the minimum class requirement and yearly contract.... more
