I absolutely love this place! They are always friendly and courteous. Whenever there's been an issue that have responded quickly. We will stay there again in the future.
Very enjoyable, clean had everything from a full size fridge, 2 burner stove, separate bedroom. Fulk equipped kitchen..
Excellent customer service, Nancy in Particular was extremely helpful with my reservation as I was arriving late and was requesting a late Check-out the following day. The rooms are spacious and clean! Housekeeping was very quiet and I was extremely comfortable in my room! Definitely recommend the Residence Inn for your airport or metropolitan area business trip. And again Nancy is extremely helpful in guest services!
Very clean and comfortable hotel. It is close to airport but was not affected by any noise problem. Location is excellent. 15 mins from airport. Less than half hour to Manhattan. There is an Outlet Mall 5 minutes walk from hotel. Free breakfast is very convenient and always appreciated. Would have rated it 5 stars if not for slight under staffed. However, all staffs were very friendly and helpful.
Nice but very expensive. Must pay extra for parking but breakfast is free. Nice pool & gym.

Like many great marriot hotels I have been to, this hotel was a great experience & seemed newly renovated. The ambience calming & the deaign, contemporary and chic. The breakfast is wholesome, with lots of options. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I would rate the sleep quality an 8.5, on a scale of 1 to 10
There's a self service laundry room which worked well. The complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash are a top tea tree brand and feels so smooth on the hair. They have wheelchair accessible rooms and packing too. Overall, we had a pleasant experience.

The residence inn is a 10 minute drive away from the airport, so it's good for a quick overnight stay. The rooms come with a full kitchenette, which was unexpected. My only real complaints were the ac... it would blast freezing air right in my face one moment then stop and get completely warm... the wifi was also impossible to connect to and overall reception was very weak.

Honestly having your own kitchen and an extra sofa bed is great for extended stay and if you want to have any guests over!

I am extremely unhappy with the service. The bathrooms were dirty upon arrival and the room was not cleaned despite not having the do not disturb sign displayed. Additionally, requested towels were never brought to the room even after I expressed dissatisfaction with the service and was told it would be remedied.
Very close to the airport so may be a little loud from planes taking off and landing but overall the area is a great pick. The rooms are set up like mini suites equipped with kitchens and a private bedroom.
Great breakfast! Quiet rooms... Just get a room not facing the approach path of aircraft landing or taking off from EWR.
Nice spacious well appointed suite. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good selection for breakfast. Didn't use the pool but it looked ok if a little small. Worse thing wires the woeful lack of signage outside, had no idea where the entrance was and drove all the way around before asking for directions.
Well done place, parking was a little confusing because of the gate but that's all my fault. Inside is nice with good staff. Rooms are immaculate.
Very nice hotel for what you would consider an airport hotel. A really nice room, and it seems like they may have upgraded to a suite. I don't know if all of the rooms are like that, but I'm sure they are all serviceable, nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

This is a nice place to just get away. I don't live far from here but every other month I find myself missing my home away from home. The staff here is always wonderful.
Spacious rooms with full kitchens(microwave, stove-top/range, full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and some rooms have full size ovens) Free breakfast and usually an evening freebie like chili/soup etc with $2 beer/wine in the lobby. Impeccable front desk staff, especially one gal in particular whose name escapes me. Shuttle to airport runs every half hour. Gym facilities/equipment is a bit lacking though I must say.
The room price is not the total! There are fees and they are not cheap, plus parking is 20 per night so the 148 room fee ends up being 190+ per night. Just give people a total and be done with it, would've given 5 stars if it wasn't for the trickery.

Rooms are fine, but they closed breakfast 15 min early at 9:15. 2 women were taking the food away do fast. One was nice and offered to get me some eggs. The regular coffee was completely empty. This is not what I call an included breakfast. See my photo which shows an empty counter at 9:27.
Perfect location!! Within walking distance of a major shopping mall and two family restaurants! The breakfast was amazing every morning as well! The rooms had almost everything needed for a comfortable stay too. You won't be dissapointed by staying here!
The hotel itself is fine, management on the other hand needs some serious improvement. Stayed here for 2mths, would have been 6 but too many issues so I took my business elsewhere. For a few nights stay you will have no issues, any longer than that don't do it!

Staff not very friendly at all, the food server's weren't pleasant in any way... I asked the woman server at dinner a question and she got smart with me, she was loud and rude, Elizabeth and a female maid with glasses were the only 2 bright lights in the building... I was there for 6 days over $2000.00 spent and will never return... I will go miles before stopping there again.

Check in was easy and smooth. We were able to check in rather quickly . The staff was very friendly warm and welcoming. The room was perfect. And the location is great. It's right across from the Jersey Gardens Mall. Actually walking distance. It's near the airport and convenient to shopping and eateries.
