The bed was not comfortable never got upgraded no microwave was in the room. Never was addressed for being a Titanium member. Just handed me my keys and I had to ask where the elevator was. I was not told about anything. The customer service was not friendly at all. The young lady in the Bistro was very nice.
Upon check out at 2:30 in the am the two ladies at the front desk were not very inviting. They seemed like they didn't want to be bothered. Being that I work night audit I look at other people when I stay at Marriott property and try to add or not do some of the things I see. The rooms were very clean. A+ housekeeping. And promptly bringing towels was a plus. Customer service and being friendly needs work.

Hotel is beautiful and the rooms are spacious. Staff are friendly and professional. Food is amazing and the gym is relaxing with work out tools to build you up. Shuttles depart to and from the hotel to the airport promptly. Highly recommended.

Everything about this specific Courtyard is consistently satisfying and reliable, starting out with their complimentary airport-hotel-hotel-airport shuttle. Located not too far from the airport, there are a couple walking distance food options --Ruby Tuesday and IHOP. And more at the Jersey Mills Mall, also within waking distance. The check in is fast. The beds and pillows are comfy. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, plus they offer some decent if limited options for food. It is true, tho, that they used to offer heartier, more satisfying options for food, but what they have it's still decent. Consistently friendly, helpful staff needs to be mentioned as the stars of the operation. If anything, room carpets need some TLC --cleaning or replacement, or something that makes them look less under par, since just get a lot of traffic, and it shows.

I came to this hotel and I was greeted by a very professional person at the front desk the Room was beautiful and the hotel is clean and very nice. I would gladly stay here anytime...No complaints at all. If you are flying to this destination you can get the airport shuttle at parking terminal P4 and they will bring you to the hotel...No need for a taxi...

Very nice hotel, the people are friendly and accommodating and the cleaning staff will go above and beyond to straighten up your room. Their bar is still open even though you're not allowed to sit there during the current situation. But they have a variety of options and the bartender I had was very fun and friendly during my stay.

I stay here often, unfortunately my company books it and I have no other option. This hotel is always dirty, found black dots all over d shower, found hairs on a so called clean towels,staff are not friendly. Housekeeping has no respect, dosen't knock just barges in. The shuttle driver is reckless. Drives really unresponsable , doesn't care for the safety of the people in the van. The AC in the room is noisy.

Love this place and the food in The Market is delicious. Rooms are super clean and the location is fantastic. It's located across from Jersey Gardens Mall so very convenient for shopping. Staff is very attentive and informative.

It's located near the Newark Airport with several other hospitality spots. Nice and quiet inside and outside the hotel. There is a large outlet mall just down the street as well as an IHOP and Ruby Tuesdays. The staff is polite and I felt welcome. The room met my expectations with the exception of a desk lamp that wasn't working and a low powered iron. But overall it was clean and comfortable. I'd stay again!

I like this hotel a lot. Close to EWR airport but still really quiet. Rooms are very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Some features are on the older side. For example the elevator. But most important is the room and its kept in good condition. Very spacious as well. Definitely will stay again.

Free shuttle. Comfortable pillows. Refrigerator, microwave in room. I don't like the communal bottles of bath products on the shower wall. I don't like using what everyone else is using,I like my own small bottles. They do give you a bar of soap but if you're like me, you need to bring your own shampoo & conditioner.

Conveniently located across from outlet malls. Good little cafe inside. Beds comfortable. Bathrooms a bit outdated. Desk staff not very pleasant.

Beautiful hotel! The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were set up really nice! One down side is they do not provide any type of breakfast. Kind of unusual for a hotel.

Great hotel except no breakfast included unless you are VIP. Also there may be mold in the walls because bathrooms do not have fans. Got very sick. Unless it was the season maybe or the jet fuel coming from all the planes in the vents to the hotel.

I stay here on business and Christian & Velia were EXCELLENT! Omg.... Best customer service I've experienced in a while! Professional and compassionate! I had 2 issues and a few questions and they both resolved them. They both work 2 different shifts but when I called with my concerns and issues....WOW! They both LISTENED TO ME & Resolved my issues. Please acknowledge them because they represent hospitality and exhibit excellent customer service with professionalism, empathy and compassion!! Wow! I'm amazed and pleased. They make this hotel an AMAZING PLACE TO STAY AT!! Book this hotel! It's excellent

Good location right across the street from a huge outlet mall. Indoor pool, Starbucks, sports bar. Airport shuttle that can be used to go to the station allowing you to take train to the city. If your trip get extended there is a Residence Inn right across the parking lot.

It is about a mile from a huge mall, walkable distance. The rooms are small but not overly crowded with unnecessary items. There is a lot of room for parking. I stay here once a month and I will continue to.

Comfortable hotel with great location to Newark Airport. Professional staff. Restaurant in the hotel has some good menu options (spinach quinoa salad) or other options with walking distance from the hotel.

The staff was friendly and my drink from the bar was awesome. We left too early and did not eat breakfast. Would be nice to have 24 hour coffee service as it's an airport hotel. Very well done....

The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Overall a great place to stay, especially for commuting into the city. The free airport shuttle runs constantly, so that is a definite plus. For food you have the Bistro (open 6am-10am and 5pm-11pm) and the 24-hour snack/convenience shop up front. With a lack of room service, this arrangement does at times make it a little difficult to grab something to eat. However, there is an Ihop and a Ruby Tuesday within walking distance. Not much else around (wouldn't recommend straying too far from hotel grounds either) but at least it's something. Nothing fancy here, but the lobby area has an inviting, cozy feel. There are several hotels within the EWR airport area, but I consistently choose this for business in NYC.

I really loved staying at this hotel. It was very clean, comfortable and conveniently located. The pool was a little dismal and small.

Very clean rooms, excellent staff. There is food at the Bistro, and a bar. Shuttle to Newark Liberty International for a flight, or you can catch the Sky Train to get a New Jersey Transit train or Amtrak into Penn Station in Manhattan, or other points depending on your travel needs.

They tend to pre judge people who aren't Rich! My husband and I booked a room online at the Marriott Courtyard For my birthday that can up to $203 after taxes I spoke to a rep. For additional information before we booked the room and when we got there we had just enough money for the room on our debt card and and we had cash then they charge us $250 extra on top of the $203 than what the room really cost and they said this is just so we wouldn't mess up the room they tried to charge us $489 just for one night it's was my birthday what ...I'm not a tourist!!! I live in New Jersey! why was I charged that much I don't understand

Standard Airport Marriott. Rooms are a nice size for the New York area. Hotel shuttle to the airport and the mall nearby. Also has 2 restaurants in walking distance. A good option if you are overnighting by the airport.
