Great little park, kids friendly.
Take my son every now and then to the playground.
There is also a nice waterfront deck, less than a mile long. Refreshing morning run or walk, view across to Staten Island is ok. Occasionally you will see big container ships loading/unloading across the water.

Nice view of Bayonne Bridge and if you like big ships they pass very close.

Very peaceful area with a playground on one side and random sitting benches around the area which allow you to look out over the water.
