I love this studio! The classes are small enough to feel intimate and personal.
Every instructor is willing to give modifications to make every pose comfortable and accessible for you.
The studio is clean, warm and friendly.

Today was my first time Yoga at all and Alyssa at YogaCentric made me feel very comfortable. I was able to relax and let go of my stress without feeling concerned about how I looked. I would definitely recommend YogaCentric to my friends and family and I will definitely be going back.

I highly recommend this Yoga studio, beginners are so welcomed and instructors are very enthusiastic and supportive. The atmosphere is great =)!

Delana has created a sacred space for yoga practitioners in a real community-based studio. All classes are mixed level and there are no gimmick classes on the schedule like Yoga with weights. This creates a place to share our practice with others vs competing with others. The teachers all reflect the values of open mind, sacred body and Yoga spirit

Love the informal vibe of this place. The instructors are great, I especially love the inclusion of restorative poses within the workout. This place, Deanna and instructors are gems. I also like the age mix of participants. So glad I found Yogacentric, and so closeto my home. Keep up the great work ladies! Marjorie

Amazing class for beginners. It's only my second class. I have really no yoga background and I'm definitely coming back for more. They help you adjust the poses so you can do it at your own level.

I only take one class a month at YogaCentric - Yoga Nidra with Kim - but it is always a great experience. The room where we practice is very comfortable. The "lobby" space is small, but everyone who goes there is accommodating and polite. Delana (owner) has always been present when I come to class and she is friendly and personable. They are also always running some kind of special, so buying classes is pretty affordable. I have already convinced three friends to come with me to Yoga Nidra & they have all purchased classes to keep coming back!

Loved it...class was a little crowded but having the assistants in training really helped and the yoga instructor was awesome. Great beginner class!

The vibe at YogaCentric is warm and open and welcoming and friendly, and I've always appreciated that. There's an intimacy here. A real community.
Not only that, but even the newest yogis need not feel anxious about trying out the practice. The teachers make it a point to get to know each student who walks through the door, asking about their prior experience and their physical needs. And during the class itself, there's no danger of feeling lost. The teachers here provide both physical and verbal aid/direction to everyone, and always offer modifications when a pose feels out of reach.
I always leave feeling as if I'm walking on air, and that feeling lasts... at least until the next time someone cuts me off on the highway. Ah, well.

I visited Yoga Centric today for a beginners class, eventhough it was a large group, they did their very best to accomodate us all, comfortably. The teacher was very caring and clear while explaining the steps to each position. There were other teachers in training that made sure that my positions were correct. In all, it was a very relaxed environment, i felt comfortable and full of energy. Will definitely do it again.
