Great hot yoga class in a super clean and friendly sky environment.
Really liked this studio so far.. Different from other "non-powerflow" i have classes attended but i have liked them all so far. Instructors have been great and classes are very consistent.
This location is very clean supplement with an amazing friendly environment. Newbies might
not be aware right away but plenty of parking available. In front of the location and also behind the restaurant next to the studio providing a walk way to the front of the studio. Instructors are friendly and accommodating to all yogie levels. I would definitely recommend Yogies to visit this location.
I've been to this location once and the Bloomfield and Wayne locations multiple times. Overall, everyone in the studio was very friendly and accommodating. The studio was clean and they had free towels, which was great because I had forgotten mine. The instructor for the class I had attended was not particularly good at instructing unfortunately. The class was challenging, but for beginners who weren't familiar with the poses, she did not offer any instruction or adjust anyone throughout the class. A self professed newbie to yoga left after 10 minutes of the class.
Love this studio, it's so clean and calming and the teachers (for the most part) are really great!
I absolutely love this studio. It is always spotlessly clean including all of the bathrooms and changing rooms. I am not a hot yoga expert by any means but I love the staff here. They are always helpful and kind and have such a positive energy about them. I am newer to this studio but have always enjoyed my experience. I especially enjoy Sunday class at 9:00 am with Melissa Kaban. I would never get up early on a Sunday for a workout but this is well worth every minute of my time. I am always sorry when I can't make it on a Sunday.
I love the flexible hours they provide and the eucalyptus warm towels are amazing. I'm glad they are in Clifton! We need more great local biz like this around. Parking lot is small and can get rough.
