I've been training with ALA for the past 10 years, so I can't imagine life without the physical and life skills that are taught here. The facility is wide-open and clean, and has accommodations not only for students, but for parents and spectators as well.... more

Good place to work out. Not the biggest place, but they have most of the things you need for a good workout. Pleasant employees and it's a clean place. The best Gym in South Jersey.... more
