In my experience at NJFF, the staff but more specifically the owner Dave, is incredibly invested in my health and overall wellness. He is patient with me and extremely knowledgeable about fitness and diet. I recently had weight loss surgery and he has tailored a program that meets my needs and is within but safely pushing my capabilities to achieve my fitness goals.
I really enjoy this place! Workouts are quick and effective and the trainers keep you motivated and on track. Workouts are a bit different each day and they target all sorts of muscles. They encourage working at your own pace and modifying, so it's perfect for someone just starting out or who enjoys a casual workout plan.
Amazing environment with amazing trainers! No matter what level you are at, they are always ready to help and motivate you to do better! This is the best gym I have been to and look forward to great results!
So far so good. Two days in and I finally feel like I am going to lose something other than my money and confidence. Dave,the owner, is super responsive and genuinely concerned about the clients' health and fitness goals. So too Julian, who I am taking personal training with Julian.

Challenging work out. Newbies need to get there early or offer the waiver online. Established clients dominate instructors attention. But he was attentive and made sure I had a mat and made sure that I had the correct body posture. You work at you own pace. If you can't do it all just keep pushing.
I look forward to working out! The trainers are exceptional. They modify every move if necessary. NJ Fitness Factory portrays a non -intimidating family like atmosphere. Everyone welcomes you from the door, and they also say goodbye on the way out. They know the names of their clients names which is one of the reasons I keep going back. I can't say enough. I love this place!

absolutely love this place! the trainers are amazing and extremely knowledgeable. there is always plenty of space, a variety of classes to choose from to fit into your schedule. the area where the classes are held are very open and and allow for excellent ventilation. everyone here is like family and the warmth and hospitality is exceptional!! this place is a must because it is like no other gym!! worth your investment :)
NJFF is great. Their trainers are awesome and work with you. I did their 6 week trial program and immediately saw results. I've tried so many other programs before and none worked or were easy to stick to.
I cannot express how happy I am that I made the decision to join NJ Fitness Factory.
Initially, I prepaid for a package from a website and scheduled an appointment to learn about the program. I met with Marc who really took the time to explain the fitness program and answered all of my questions. As I was walking to my car, I thought the program wasn't right for me and that I'd ask for my money back. Fortunately, I decided that I would at least give it a try since it was already paid for and I instantly became addicted. It has become part of my daily routine and I attend classes at least 5 days a week. The trainers are motivating, supportive and make the workouts exciting and challenging. With the encouragement from great trainers like Jeff and Angie,, I am physically doing things that I never imagined myself doing. The physical benefits have been amazing, I am stronger, toner and more confident than I've ever been. In 3 months, I have lost 12 lbs and lots of inches. I am very excited to have reached my goal to be down 2 pant sizes!! At NJFF, you are treated like family and not like a number on a membership tag. I'm committed to a really great fitness program.
