DFIT is a fabulous, well equipped studio in a super convenient location. They also generously support the health of kids by donating the use of their spin studio for winter training for the local NICA league (National Interscholastic Cycling Association).

My daughter has been attending a class with her mountain bike team at DFIT studios. She absolutely loves it. The facility is in excellent condition, very clean. It is very evident how much care the employees put into this studio through the cleanliness and the different types of health food and equipment available to people. I highly recommend this studio!

Great facilities and staff. Loved the spin class. Also love that they have created strong connections with the local community. So happy to have this place in the neighborhood.

dFit is an awesome place to plan a whole fitness program. Their spin studio is excellent and provides a great atmosphere to work out. They also provide tremendous support to the county youth cycling team!

Beautiful studios. I absolutely love the spin studio. The staff have always been incredibly friendly and helpful as well. Plus they support the community and give back to youth sports programs. Win, Win, Win!

Great gym. They have many different options to choose from. They make you feel like one of the family. Just had the best massage of my life. recommended highly!

Have been considering checking this gym out for a while, but the people are so rude. Perhaps the trainers are better but the people up front are so disrespectful that it just was an immediate turn off. I have no interest in paying premium amounts to be treated like garbage.
