A community yoga studio offering a wide variety of classes. The classes are dynamic and help me understand the deeper philophy of yoga in a more relatable way. The classes at Yoga Mechanics challenge me and encourage me to get outside of my comfort zone. The practice makes me realize that yoga is so much more than an physical practice. I love Yoga Mechanics!
Just finished a fantastic class with Donna, but what I loved about the studio is the community, the friendliness and welcome and sense of humor at this studio! If you get a chance, give this studio a try - I'm betting you'll love it too..

I can't tell you how long I have looked for a studio where I felt welcomed, supported, safe and in a position to grow. Yoga Mechanics was the answer to this never ending search. Their teachers are on another level - really knowledgeable, and work to truly connect with each person who walks in the door and gets on the mat.
Their philosophy as well as their customer service are something for all others to strive for, and I am so thankful to have found them!
