Steve's targeted workouts and routines consist of easy-to-perform, super-effective, focused movements. He listens to and takes consideration of previous and existing injuries and conditions, and encompasses training that will support those injuries/conditions in addition to managing overall fitness. I love that his routines kick your butt without leaving you so sore that it takes days to recover from the workout. I've had trainers that pushed me over my limit so that it would be 4 or 5 days before I could work that muscle group again. Steve is not one of those trainers: He pushes you to the limit without sending you over the edge. As a result, with him I reached my goals faster and look forward to my routines. By far, Steve is the most effective trainer I've ever worked with - I LOVE training with him! I also enjoy the privacy of his studio and sessions - super clean, great space in a very pretty building.
